Fantastic gift, nice family activity
This colorable blanket has turned into a really fun family project in our house. It comes vacuum-sealed in a nice box, making it great for gifting, and includes 24 bright, vibrant markers with a wide range of colors.The ink flows well onto the blanket, though since you get a broad variety, you’ll want to spread out the colors so you don't run out of just one or two.The pattern and little cartoon illustrations on the front are super cute, and my kids (ages 7 and 4) have loved coloring them in. My 4-year-old colors outside the lines a bit, but that just makes it more special! It’s a fantastic way to spend time together—especially during winter months when everyone is stuck inside—and it keeps their hands busy (and away from their tablets).The material on top is a slightly stiffer, slicker polyester. Kinda hard to describe. It was a little more slick than I expected, but it makes sense since you need a smooth surface to draw on. The underside compensates for this by being surprisingly soft, fluffy white fleece.We haven't washed it much yet, so I can't speak to how the colors hold up after several washes, but I'll update my review if they fade quickly. (I also imagine the top side might soften up a bit after washing?).Size-wise, while it wouldn't fully cover a twin bed, it’s a great throw blanket that covers two kids on a couch.At around $40, I think this is a fantastic value. It’s not just a use once and toss gift—it’s an hands on activity that brings the family together. I don't have much bad to say about it at all. I’m happy to give it five stars. Super cute idea and my son loves it!
I bought this for my son and honestly it turned out to be such a great purchase. He loves those chill afternoons where he just wants to kick back with his tablet and do something with his hands at the same time, and this blanket is perfect for exactly that kind of vibe. 😊A little backstory - his grandma is an art teacher and she's always sending him the most amazing art supplies, so I thought it would be really sweet for him to color this blanket himself and then send it back to her as a thank you gift. How cute is that?! She's going to absolutely love it.The quality feels solid and the design has plenty of space to really get creative with. They’re pretty good
The print matches the picture. The side you color on is slick and plasticy. The markers and the blanket don’t really have a chemical smell, which is nice. But you can’t put the caps on the end of the markers while you color. And you have to be careful with the markers because they bleed.Ver másVer menos

A fun (Supervised) activity for kids or the whole family
So why Supervised? The markers are permanent ink. As they would have to be in order for the blanket to be washable. So young ones with a penchant for coloring everything in reach which may or may not include the blanket will require some strict supervision. Just something to be aware of since the age is listed at 3 and up.Now the blanket itself is soft and comfortable. The top side where you color has a bit of a starchy feel but that seems to be what allows the ink to take hold and penetrate.With 24 colors and markers this is a really colorful final product to use as a TV throw or on a twin bed.And of course it will always be the blanket that "we/I" made.Tremendous fun and really well made and presented item.
