I recently replaced my Noctua NH-D15 G2 with the new Noctua NL-LC1-36, and I couldn't be happier with the results.The installation was straightforward, the build quality is exactly what you'd expect from Noctua, and everything feels incredibly premium.The biggest surprise was the temperature improvement. Compared to my NH-D15 G2, CPU temperatures dropped dramatically around 16–18°C at idle. From 58°~ to 39°~ (Pending Gaming)Besides the thermal performance, the aesthetics are a huge improvement. Replacing the large dual-tower air cooler with the 360 mm AIO really opened up the inside of my case, making it look much cleaner and more modern.If you're already using a high-end air cooler like the NH-D15 G2, your results may vary, but in *my* system the upgrade was absolutely worth it. Excellent quality, quietest on the market, worth the price
Exceptional product. Would buy again. Computer engineer here, been building pcs for 2 decades. Water cooled, air cooled, max builds, min builds, you get the idea. The Noctua NL-LC1-36 is fantastic. What I like: Torx hardware, quality screwdriver included, rubber sealing gaskets on all fan surfaces, one fan spins slower than the others to reduce fan noise, the best fans on the market, quiet Asetek pump that normally runs at low RPM with additional Noctua-designed cap to quiet it even more. I'm sensitive to fan and pump noise and this is the quietest setup I've had in 20 years. Cools my notoriously warm i9-14900K no problem. Gaming at 4K 60fps all day long and keeps the CPU at 60F in a Corsair 4000D case with 4090 GPU. If you value performance and quiet, this is the one to beat. My only qualm is the color. Everything else in my PC is white. Oh well!Ver másVer menos

Good aio
Not like that guy above whom didn’t get the hardware and just wanted rate boosts, he didn’t get the aio and just went off reviews. Overall I give this aio a 4.5 maybe a little higher, but the stars here are full. I ordered this, to be honest I’m a huge Noctua fan, but have tried other high end products and they are good. To get to the point, this aio is a lot quieter than any air or liquid cooler I’ve had on boot, sitting there it is quiet. Booting my game that causes high fan control is ffxiv and with that it’s become 3-5C cooler. I’m just just using the balanced mode with the cooler, I have fan control and will reconfigure it. Overall it’s a great aio, I used with with a kyrosheet, but lowkey was expect a bit more out of it temp wise (4k gaming). I am happy with it, but temps weren’t much of a knock down from my freezer III, BUT the sound the aio is amazing and honestly the temps are good.Ver másVer menos

Sensational.
I got this for my 9800X3D and I have been blown away by the performance and acoustics of the combination. You really can run this in its quietest pump mode and achieve fantastic temperatures all around. The pump itself makes a little noise on cold boot for a few seconds while it gets air out of itself, but other than that, it is essentially completely silent under any normal usage, including intense gaming and benchmarking.I thought I would never own an AIO due to pump noise or whining, or other such an annoyances that I had experienced in the past, but this has completely changed my tune. I cannot believe how well this thing works.5 out of 5. Simply the best AIO around.Ver másVer menos

I bought the Noctua AIO based on previous ownership of fans in an old rig and various equipment testing "sites" that reviewed it. Let me tell you those reviews are spot on. What a difference between my old AIO and the NL-LC1-36!!!! The CPU with my old would idle at around 32C and when it had any type of load it sounded like a like a plane taking off. Now it idles at around 28C and even under load it I have yet to see it top 60C. It wasn't an issue before because it sat on my right side and my hearing is messed up a little on that side. Now it's on my left side (we moved) and it was so loud. But with the Noctua it's quiet, real quiet. I can now here my very loud 3080Ti FE, which I couldn't before. I replaced the 4 140mm stock fans with 140 G2's also...so the rig is so quiet. I even overclocked my CPU a bit which I wouldn't even think of before since the AIO was so loud. I can definitely recommend the Noctua AIO!!!!!!Ver másVer menos

Best CPU Cooler money can buy hands down!
Amazing performance all around, I went from a 420 Arctic Liquid Freezer with 3 Noctua A14 G2 fans no less and this still out performed it. 100% thrilled with this cooler. After having custom loops, Arctic coolers, now this, I think I have found the best thing possible for high end gaming rigs. Not that custom loops or Arctic is bad by any means, they are all great, this just took it to another level for me ;)Ver másVer menos
