Great Customer service and product works well
Update: The customer service team reached out to me directly after seeing my initial review, and they were incredibly helpful and professional :) i appreciate that. I decided to give them another chance and ordered a second pair to try. This new set is a night-and-day difference! It feels a lot better than the first pair I received, and so far, there have been absolutely no drift problems at all after the initial calibration. It seems my first pair was just a oneoff defect.——-I was thrilled about this because I’ve been tired of the blue and red joysticks! The installation was quite straightforward. I meticulously assembled it, and it worked well for a while. However, 3 days later, while playing acnhI noticed that the right joystick had stick drift. I managed to recalibrate it. I rarely use the right joystick since I’ve been playing Pokemon LG. So, I was surprised when I played acnh with these new joysticks for the first time. Hopefully, this won’t happen again.Ver másVer menos
