  My husband works in the medical field so he’s around all the sickness and crud all the time. I have a very low immune system so we both take these and these are the BEST we rarely get sick. I personally mix them in water or my smoothies my husband he puts his in his tea. I guess you can mix them in anything you want. But just open them and put it in whatever trips your fancy.   Great item!

  I love this stuff! I mix it with my electrolyte powder and it tastes great! Value for the money: great. Texture: fizzy. Immune support: I think it supports my immune system well.   Tastes great. A must have for flu/cold season and when traveling!

  I add this to my large water bottle and sip it over several hours. Vitamin C can upset your stomach if you take a high dose at one time, so that’s why I sip it. That also allows for better absorption of the vitamin C. I the taste of it, and it kind of tastes like raspberry lemonade. Dissolve it in your water first and stir well before adding ice. We are a homeschool family, and I am around a lot of children other than my own. I use this during flu and cold season and when traveling to support my immune system.Ver másVer menos
