The shell was immaculate but the OS wouldn't load. I made a dozen attempts sometimes the screen went plaid and sometimes it just froze. I suspect it was a botched rebuild but it was extremely clean.

Good basic computer

Easy to use right out of the box, quick step-up. Good computer for everything but teleconferencing. Lags when on a teleconference.

Poor product

This hp was awful the laptop overheated as soon as I turned it on it kept on going in and out cutting back on and off every time it overheated it only stayed on for about a half an hour, and then it will cut off. I would never purchase this product again.

Find something else

Unit did not function properly at startup and the screen had issues also.$25 feet to return a bad product

Is there any technical error?

I'm unable to use it because it freezes immediately after booting.
