A Practical and Versatile USB-C to USB-A Adapter That Handles Charging and Data Transfer
I purchased this 4-pack of SABRENT USB-C to USB-A adapters, and they have proven quite useful for connecting my phone to the standard USB-A ports found on both my laptop and desktop computers. The adapters work flawlessly for charging purposes. When I connect my phone to a standard USB-A charger or power bank using one of these adapters, the device charges without any issues or reduction in charging speed. In terms of data transfer, the high-speed connection performs exactly as advertised. Transfer speeds remain consistently high when moving files between my phone and PC via the adapter, a crucial feature for transferring large files or backing up photos and videos. The USB 3.2 Gen 2 support, offering speeds of up to 10Gbps, provides ample bandwidth for everyday data usage without compromising performance. This 4-pack set is incredibly convenient; it ensures that an adapter is always readily available, eliminating the need to constantly carry a single adapter back and forth between different locations.Installation is a breeze; no drivers or special setup procedures are required—it is simply plug-and-play.Constructed from aluminum alloy and ABS, the adapters feel sturdy and durable enough to withstand daily use, while their lightweight design makes them easy to carry in a bag or pocket without adding any unnecessary bulk.Overall, this is a simple yet reliable adapter set that efficiently bridges the gap between USB-C devices and standard USB-A ports.Ver másVer menos

A Clever Fix for a Very Modern Problem
I received these adapters through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an unbiased review. So many of the new gadgets I’ve received lately charge with USB‑C, yet almost none of them include a USB‑C to USB‑C cable. Instead, manufacturers keep tossing in the old USB‑A to USB‑C cords as if we’re all still relying on USB‑A chargers. I’ve been buying exclusively USB‑C chargers for years now, and while I still have a few USB‑A bricks buried in a drawer, I’m more than ready to retire them. That’s why this little 4‑pack of adapters turned out to be such a perfect solution. They are very compact and come nicely packaged in foam. They let me use all those USB‑A to USB‑C cables that come with new products with my USB‑C chargers. No waste, no clutter, and no need to buy extra cables. Just plug the adapter onto the USB‑A end and suddenly the cable works with the chargers I actually use. They also solved another everyday annoyance: nearly all of my USB flash drives are still USB‑A. With these adapters, I can plug those drives straight into the USB‑C ports on my laptop without hunting for a hub or dongle. Simple, clean, and it just works. And since these support up to 10Gbps data transfer, my older USB‑A data cables are still useful too. File transfers are fast and reliable, and the compact size means they don’t block adjacent ports.Overall, this is one of those niche products that quietly solves several modern problems at once. Inexpensive, well‑made, and surprisingly handy — definitely worth keeping a few in the tech drawer.Ver másVer menos

Extremely useful
I have a few Sabrent products and they have all been great so far. This adapter is just another product in a great family. It is super functional. As far as compatibility, I use it for charging and data transfer. It has worked with every device I've tried it on so far. It might not work some devices if they have a narrow opening for the USB C Port. I haven't seen any change in data transfer speeds when using the adapter. They are nice and compact but it would have been nice if they had a little extension on the USB C side to handle crowded USB C ports. They work great for me and I like them.Ver másVer menos

Works exactly as anticipated.
These work perfectly I use them to reduce the charging port on my keyboard so that I can attach it to the spare USBC on my laptop it worked perfectly and made it connecting and disconnecting to the laptop much more easy than ever before I find that they're excellent to have on hand for various times where I might need to power advice but not have the correct fitting around and I find that they work exactly as expected they seem to be made very well and provide the performance I would expect I anticipate these will last for a long time as they seem very durable and I've had no trouble with connectivity. Because there is four I think this is an awesome value and provides much more than I would actually ever need on hand.Ver másVer menos

A 4-pack of USB-A female to USB-C male adapters that work very well and have an extra feature
This is a 4-pack of USB adapters that will allow you to use a device with a Type-A USB connector with a USB-C port on your computer. Normally there would not be a whole lot to say about such an adapter other than the fact that it works well. But I thought this adapter worth taking note of because it seems to be of especially good quality.First, the adapter has an LED that is visible from either side of the adapter to show that power is present. also, this adapter provides 10Gbps speeds (USB 3.2 Gen 2x2) unlike many other adapters that only support 5Gbps speeds. This adapter is also noticeably smaller than many of the alternatives available. That may not sound like a big deal, but for me, because I carry a rather extensive assortment of adapters with me in my laptop bag, that small amount of space savings across many adapters adds up to real space and weight savings. The adapter seems to be of good quality with good firm fitting on both the USB-A and USB-C sides unlike some adapters that seem to have lower quality, loose fitting connectors.I tried these adapters with multiple devices including charging headphones, a smart phone, a tablet, several different thumb drives, an external HDD and SSD, and to provide power to a portable monitor. The adapters worked flawlessly in each and every case.I definitely recommend these.Ver másVer menos
