unexpectedly delighted by these lights!
I was hesitant about buying these because it was a little cheaper than the brands that I’ve used in the past, but the cheaper actually turned out to be better because the wire is more flexible. You can see the light distinction inside like it’s not as seamless as the strip lights are when it’s like a “higher quality” strip light, but these definitely serve its purpose and are water resistant as far as I’m concerned because I’ve had them in my bathroom for the last six months and they still work perfect. So the light bulb spots like in the light itself, I wish was a little more seamless, and I wish that the pink was more of a pink, the pink that I had it on in the video I customized, which I do appreciate that there are DIY customization colors and it does stay on them so that’s really helpful but those are my only two complaints other than that this is 9.5 out of 10 product and I would definitely buy again! I did also buy sticky tack separate to attach these to the wall just so that it is rental friendly. But the remote is super easy to learn and it is easy to control.Ver másVer menos

Great luminescence, finnicky color controls on app
They gave the perfect amount of holds to attach the lights to the wall. I was worried with a squiggly design that I might need more than the amount of plastic placeholders the lights came with but it was enough.I didn’t drill, just used command strips underneath the holds they have, and they’ve held up through the day since I installed it so we’ll see long term.The quality of the lights and wires looks so good. I love that it has a cover to diffuse the direct light of the bulbs so they don’t look cheap like other LED lights.The lights were really flexible and they do get bright.The only issue is that in my app, when I press yellow, my lights turn green. I’ve tried all the different adjustments, like the completely yellow circle spectrum and trying different brightnesses and saturations on that spectrum, but my lights just don’t turn yellow. Pink is also hard to get, I have to do purple or red with brightness all the way up, and then turn the brightness down. If I turn the brightness back up, it turns purple again. The light settings are a little disappointing because I mainly light pink or warm light, but I’ll live.Ver másVer menos

bright, remote works well. Good value for cost

Not the same quality it once was.
This LED Neon Rope light is not what it once was. I ordered this exact same led light rope back in 2023. It was exceptional! Great build quality, super consistent light Illumination, and beautiful vibrant color. This new model that I received is everything the older model isn’t. The diodes are spaced too far apart, giving off broken and inconsistent lighting. The build quality has diminished substantially, while the price stayed exactly the same. I personally would’ve preferred if they just raised the price on these instead of cheapening the quality. It defeats the purpose of buying these type of lights if they are so inconsistent and cheaply made. I am returning this item immediately. Highly disappointed. I am including a picture of the new rope light I received today 1/23/2026 plugged in in front of the older model lights I have on my base boards in my kids gaming room for reference. For me, this is inexcusable. I will not be buying from this company again.Ver másVer menos

Rave in my garage!!
Great lights for trying to make my garage like a workout studio! Easy to install. So far no issues with the app or included remote. Not quite bright enough with just the lights to light up the entire garage, but I put red filters over the lights in there and it’s perfect now.Ver másVer menos

Comparing it to the Govee LED rope light
The Govee is much nicer, but it's also more expensive. I'd still recommend this if you're on a budget and want something simple. It's bright enough but the color styles are very limited. This only does one color at a time, then it can alternate and switch, but it cannot do multiple colors at the same time. Do not be mislead by the product images from the description, this does not do multiple colors or a rainbow effect at the same time. It does one color, then it can switch and alternate to another color.The Govee is brighter, has more color options, can do multiple colors at the same time, bigger, thicker, easier to uncoil, and has a better app, but it's also much more expensive.My two cons I'd give this is that the white is a blueish white, and this isn't RGBIC so it can only do one color at a time.Ver másVer menos
