  Great couch overall

  I was honestly a little unsure when the couch first arrived because it looked so small and compact. For a second I thought I ordered the wrong size. But it was just vacuum‑packed really well. Once you open it up and give it a little time, it fluffs up on its own and becomes the full, comfy 96” couch you expect. So definitely be patient, it expands way more than you’d think.After it settled, the cushions became soft, full, and super cozy. The fabric feels nice, the color looks exactly like the photos, and the whole couch has that cloud‑style vibe that makes the living room feel warm and inviting.   More than worth the price

  I'm a real person who lives near Louisville Kentucky, hopefully that confirms to you I'm not AI. I am incredibly impressed with this couch. It inflated quickly to full size, and it was exactly as big as I imagined/hoped it would be. It's very comfy and looks good in my living room, Im 6'1 and can easily fall asleep on it. For the price, this is absolutely worth it! I spent over a week wrestling with the idea if I should buy it or not, and I'm so glad I did.If I plop down or am mindless the two pieces can slide away from one another a little bit, but that only really happened once, and at least on my carpet they feel pretty stable. That's the only 'complaint' I could think of, and it's extremely negligible because it only happened once and it's not that big of a deal.Ver másVer menos

  This couch functions the way a couch should.

  Couch is comfortable if you prefer something on the firmer side like I do. I ordered and received the black one. It came in one box. It’s heavy, but I was able to move it inside on my own. When I opened it, it fluffed up pretty quickly. It is low to the ground, so not great if you have joint issues or are a taller person. I am 5’4 and I can lay on it comfortably but if you’re tall, it may be uncomfortable for you to lay on. Very sturdy and it doesn’t slide around on my hard wood floors. Great for small spaces, great if you’re looking to purchase something that’s not too expensive.Ver másVer menos

  I am SO HAPPY with this sofa. It inflated really easily - make sure you stand back when you remove the plastic. I totally redecorated my apartment this weekend and the sofa is SO COMFORTABLE!!! It’s firm like memory foam should be but it’s very comfy to the body. I have a leg injury so having the chaise on this sofa has been amazing. I went ahead and ordered an ottoman to add to the end just to have a little extra that can be used when I have guests over but this sofa for the price was an ABSOLUTE AWESOME DEAL and a wonderful purchase. I’m so happy with it and highly recommend this brand. I did cover the sofa with blankets because I have pets but it is super comfortable and I want it to last as long as possible.   Learn from our mistake. Don't do it!

  Since no star isn't an option, I chose the one star. This product is a joke and not usable by anyone. It's like a cross between a bean bag and a 3-legged chair. We tried to send it back, but you have to have a box to do so and since it comes vacuum sealed it doesn't go into a normal box. They offered $54 not to return it which we decided it wasn't worth the frustration and the expense to try and shrink it down to get into a refrigerator box. In all seriousness this product isn't worth the expense, and you can find a sofa / couch / futon at Walmart that is better quality and more comfortable. This was a $290 lesson.   Super comfy!

  I've had this couch for a little while now and I'm really happy with it. The no-assembly feature was a huge plus—just unpack it and let it expand.The cushions are soft but don't sink too much, and the deep seat is great for stretching out after work. The corduroy fabric is comfortable and gives the couch a nice, cozy look.
