Very Helpful to Help Your Body Compisition
THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZINGGG! I wanted to buy the InBody Dial H30 for my parents to keep track on their body composition. They love to work out but did not have the machine and place the scale their composition. But buying this product helped them scale their body really easy.The setup using the app was not that hard. It showed track body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and other body composition which gave me an overall estimate of the body scale.I feel like this is a really good product who cares and monitor their health. Helpful and Motivating
I used to check my body composition using the InBody machine at my gym. I liked seeing more than just my weight, but I could only measure myself when I went to the gym, so it was difficult to track the results consistently.Having an InBody device at home has made the process much more convenient. The measurements are simple to complete, and I can check my body composition as part of my daily routine without making a separate trip to the gym. I've used Inbody products(mainly from gym) for a long time to check my body composition. I eventually came to purchase home Inbody machine to check my data weekly from home. I can track how much my workout routine is effective based on my progress.It's very easy to use not only just checking your body weight, but also body composition. If you download the app, it automatically downloads the data and shows the trend as well!I highly recommend to have it at home if you want to routinely check your body weight, muscle mass(+a)!!!Ver másVer menos

Great for family use, especially with separate app accounts
I had used the larger InBody machines before at gyms in Korea, so I was already familiar with the InBody app. What I really like about the H30 is that my at-home measurements are saved in the same app together with my previous InBody records from other devices. That makes it easy to keep tracking everything in one place.The biggest benefit for our household is the multi-user setup. We only have one device, but three people in my family can each use their own phone and account to track their own measurements separately (and privately). Feels like we are getting a lot of value from one device.It was also fun when two friends visited last weekend. They could either create their own InBody app account or use guest mode for a one-time measurement. That made the device feel useful not only for family health tracking, but also as something interesting to share with visitors.Overall, I'm very satisfied with it. My only small comment is that it uses four AA batteries. I personally like the portability, but some people may prefer a plug-in or rechargeable option for a home device.Ver másVer menos
