Easy Upgrade with a Fantastic Cooling Feel
These cooling gel replacement ear pads are an excellent upgrade for the PS5 Pulse 3D headset. While the package doesn't include printed instructions, the replacement process is actually pretty straightforward and easy to figure out. There are also several excellent step-by-step YouTube videos available if you want a quick visual guide before jumping in; it's mostly just a matter of popping the old internal clips out and snapping the new ones firmly into place. Once installed, the ice silk fabric and thicker memory foam provide a very noticeable upgrade in comfort over the stock cushions. The cooling gel effect feels fantastic during long sessions, and the noise isolation foam does a great job keeping immersion high. It's a quick, hassle-free way to make a great headset feel even better.Ver másVer menos

Surviving my kids and keeping ears cool
My kids go through headset ear pads like they are eating them, so durability is the first thing I judge. This set has lasted a good month so far, which honestly beats what came before it.The pads are soft, with foam that has decent give without flattening out. The surprise for me was the cooling fabric. It actually keeps their ears nice and cool, which matters when a gaming session runs long. No more sweaty ears at the end of a marathon, so complaints have stopped on that front too.The fit on the PS5 Pulse 3D is exact. The pads snapped in cleanly using the included pry tool, and everything lines up like factory parts. Install took just a few minutes.A month in, no peeling, no flattening, no seams splitting. With how these usually get treated in my house, that is a win so far. If they keep this pace, they will outlast the stock pads easily. Parents of hard-on-gear gamers, take note.Ver másVer menos

Gel material is good but plastic clip need attention when installing
Fragile plastic clip, need to be careful when installing it. The cushion is good soft gel material though. It feel comfortable to use it. It does make the ear sweat after putting it on for a while since it is not really breathable material. So overall is ok.

A great value fix that saved the cost of a new headset
I got these replacement ear pads because my 16-year-old came downstairs the other day with loads of little black bits in his hair. I genuinely thought he had bugs in there, but it turned out the ear cushions on his PS5 headphones had completely disintegrated. These replacement cushions were a much better idea than buying a brand new headset, which was obviously my son's first suggestion. The cushions themselves are really good quality though. They're nice and thick with soft memory foam inside and a lovely smooth outer layer that has a cooling effect, which is great because he wears them for hours at a time. There aren't any instructions in or on the box, but it does include a little tool to help with fitting them. My son watches YouTube for everything anyway, so it only took him a couple of minutes to find a tutorial, and once he knew what he was doing, he said they were really straightforward to install.Overall, for the price, they're brilliant value and he's really pleased with them. Any parent of a teenager knows they can often be difficult to please, but his headphones feel like new again so he’s happy, and we've saved ourselves the cost of replacing a perfectly good headset just because the ear pads had worn out. A win all round!Ver másVer menos

Ver másVer menos
