I have tried quite a few Korean toners over the years and honestly, this one surprised me.The texture is milky, but still lightweight so it absorbs pretty quickly and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky. My skin is combination, but also gets dehydrated easily, especially after cleansing, and this toner really helps with that tight filling.After using it for a few weeks, I noticed my skin felt softer and looked a lot more hydrated. Nothing dramatic overnight, but that healthy glow started showing up and my skin just looked more refreshed overall.I also like that it contains ingredients like Niacinamide, Centella, Rice Extract and different forms of Hyaluronic Acid. It feels soothing and hydrating at the same time and it works really well before the rest of my skincare.So far it’s become one of those products I reach for every day without even thinking about it ☺️If you are looking for a hydrating toner, that helps support your skin barrier and gives you skin that smooth, healthy-looking glow. great to sensitive skin!
saw this on TikTok and wanted to check it out. It's great for my sensitive skin...not too heavy, not sticky and it plumps my skin up after cleansing. very lightweight and better quality than other toners I have tried that were much more expensive.

Lightweight Toner...
This toner is pretty effective at hydrating dry skin especially after cleansing. It is a good product to use after cleansing and before moisturizer. The texture is smooth and creamy. I also really like the ingredients which are well known to be nourishing to the skin. It came well packaged in a box that was sealed for safety. A Lightweight, Hydrating Milky Toner That Doesn't Feel Greasy
I decided to try the PLANTIFIQUE PDRN Rice Milky Face Toner because I was looking for a deeply hydrating layer to support my skin barrier without feeling heavy. Milky toners can sometimes feel too rich or leave a slight film on combination skin, but this one completely surprised me. The texture is indeed milky, but it remains incredibly lightweight. It absorbs quickly and cleanly into the skin without leaving any greasy or sticky residue behind, making it perfect for balancing oilier areas while still quenching dry patches. It also layers flawlessly under other serums and moisturizers without any pilling.The ingredient list is packed with K-beauty heavy hitters, and they genuinely deliver. With multiple forms of hyaluronic acid, panthenol, and beta-glucan, it provides lasting moisture that immediately relieves any tight feeling after cleansing. Over the course of a few weeks, the combination of rice extract and niacinamide noticeably refines the skin's texture, giving it a healthy, even-toned "glass skin" glow. It also features ceramide NP and centella asiatica, which do a fantastic job of soothing the face and lightly repairing the barrier after using active ingredients or exfoliating.There are a few important caveats to note about the formulation. First, it does contain added fragrance listed as "parfum" near the end of the ingredient list. While this is usually a major red flag for reactive skin, this toner works incredibly well on my sensitive skin and has not caused any irritation or breakouts at all. Second, the "PDRN" in this formula is a CICA-derived "Phyto PDRN" rather than the traditional, highly potent salmon-derived PDRN, so it may not deliver the exact same dramatic anti-aging results. Similarly, the included soluble collagen is mostly a surface-level hydrator since collagen molecules are generally too large to penetrate the skin. Finally, because PLANTIFIQUE is a relatively new brand, it lacks the long-term track record of established K-beauty giants.At $19.95 for a 150ml bottle, this toner offers exceptional value. Despite the inclusion of fragrance and plant-derived PDRN, it is a beautifully formulated product that successfully balances deep hydration with a lightweight, non-greasy finish. If you want a soothing, barrier-supporting toner that leaves a healthy glow without clogging pores, I highly recommend adding this to your daily routine.
