My gym coach drinks these electrolyte powder drinks. She is the one who introduced me to them. If they are good for her, they are good for me. And grape is my favorite flavor. Second is fruit punch.

I live in FL and water gets boring after awhile. These taste great. I make a gallon of it every two days or so!

For on the go electrolytes this is a good option. No bottles to carry around. No plastic bottles to throw out. I was expecting purple color like the prepackaged G2, but this is just a frosty color. Flavor almost like prepackaged. Will I buy again? Not sure
