The best mattress protector!
After trying three different mattress protectors, finally this is the one! It is cool, fits well, no crackling noises, it doesn't slip and washes well. It's everything they say it is and isn't. I would definitely recommend this mattress protector.

A perfect fit
A perfect fit. After the initial wash after unpacking it retain its shape without any shrinkage. Completely satisfied with this purchase item.

An improvement over my other mattress protector
It's cooler than the more expensive mattress protector I ordered earlier. However, it's not perfect. Just an improvement you might say as I still get warmer than I'd like.

Comfortable Breathable Water Resistant Protection Without the Plastic Feel
After giving this mattress protector a couple of months of consistent use through the summer heat, I can confidently say it does a fantastic job of providing comfortable, cool sleep without that annoying plasticy liner feel or crinkling noise that cheaper protectors have. The bamboo-derived material lets it breathe and perform much like a regular fabric mattress liner, preventing the overheating issues common with traditional waterproof covers.When it comes to actual waterproof performance, I have not tested it extensively, but it did face a real-world test when a water bottle lid leaked a minor spill onto the bed. Most of the liquid stayed beaded on the surface, though some moisture was absorbed into the thick padding itself. It successfully blocked the liquid from making it all the way through to the mattress, but given how much the fabric absorbs, larger or standing spills would likely soak through eventually if not wiped or cleaned up promptly.Fortunately, maintenance is remarkably easy. Because it is fully machine washable and dryable, pulling it off and running it through a quick cycle is completely hassle-free. It features a genuinely deep pocket and a sturdy elastic skirt that grips thick mattresses securely without bunching up or slipping off the corners. If you want silent, breathable comfort that protects against everyday accidents, this is a great addition to the bed.Ver másVer menos

Very high quality mattress protector!
I am very impressed by this mattress protector! As soon as I took it out, I could tell it wasn't like the economy one we pay almost as much for at the local big box store. It was dense and heavyweight, and the top had a nice, smooth sheen to it that I could run my hand over without my dry skin catching on it.The underside has a thin membrane to keep spills from getting through, and probably sweat too. My husband sleeps hot, so this is a must to keep our bedding fresh. We've also got cats, and hairball cleanup is an occasional reality. Being able to just toss this and the sheets into the wash without needing to clean the mattress as well is great. It's silent too, with no crinkling or other noise when you lay on it.So many mattress pads claim to be "deep pocket" but still struggle to fit anything thicker than a standard mattress. This one really, truly is deep pocket. We've got one of the thicker models of Purple mattress that has coils, plus a 2-inch memory foam topper, and this cover fits over both, about 16 inches, with room to spare. The elastic band that secures it is wider than others and feels quite durable.When we bought our Purple mattress, the salesman also recommended a waterproof mattress cover for over 100 dollars, and wanting to protect our new investment, we bought it. I don't see how it's any better than this cover. This one feels luxurious and had absolutely no smell right out of the box. It covers the whole surface of our queen bed and was easy to install without excessive tugging. At this price, I think I'll pick up a second one so that I can swap it out easily when this one is in the wash.A nice touch is that it comes in a box rather than those zippered heavy plastic bags that bedding often is packed in, which you never put the item back into and just goes in the trash. I can recycle this box without adding to landfill waste. The mattress cover is also made from bamboo, a sustainable material. I like everything about this cover!Ver másVer menos
