  Our favorite water bottles

  Owala water bottles for the win! These are hands-down our favorite water bottles. We have tried just about every popular brand out there—Yeti, Stanley, Hydro Flask, and others—and the Owala is the one that everyone in our family consistently reaches for.I absolutely love the versatility of the lid. You can use the built-in straw when you want to sip, or easily flip it open and drink straight from the opening. Having both options in one bottle is incredibly convenient, especially when you're on the go.The color combinations are also so fun! There are so many options to choose from, and the colors and designs make the bottles feel a little more personal and fun to use.Durability is another huge selling point. These bottles get used constantly and have been dropped and knocked around, yet they hold up extremely well. They seem much less prone to denting than some of the other brands we've tried, which is especially important when they're being used by kids.And, of course, they keep drinks really cold! We can fill them with ice and water, and they stay cold for hours. The lid also seals extremely well—we have never had an issue with them leaking in a bag.After trying so many different water bottles, Owala is definitely the winner for our family. They're durable, versatile, attractive, keep drinks cold, and don't leak. I honestly can't think of another water bottle brand we've liked as much!Ver másVer menos

  Best water bottle ever

  I purchased this bottle just to try out in the summer of 2023. It is now the summer of 2026 and I still use it multiple times a week (only because I now have multiple Owalas and I have just ordered my third Owala FreeSip). I have used so many cups—Stanleys, Yetis, Hydrojugs, Hydroflask, etc—and the Owala is still my favorite. Here’s my favorite things about it:LEAKPROOF! This is the biggest one. I can throw it my bag and trust that everything will stay dry.THE SPOUT! Hands down the best spout I’ve ever used. I love that I can sip through the straw but then close the lid and keep my straw clean and not have any spills if it tips over. And then it also gives me the option to absolutely inhale water if I’m about to shrivel up from dehydration. I think this alone is why I now own three in different sizes.STAYS COLD! The 32 ounce holds ice for quite a while. It varies depending on how often I refill it but if I’m not constantly refilling it, it will hold ice for about 24 hours.THE SIZES! I love the size options. My original one was a 32 ounce and is a great middle ground for me. It holds enough water that I’m not refilling it every hour but it’s not huge. It’s great for work and this bottle will be going to live at my job. I just ordered the 40 ounce for home because I want a little more volume when I’m outside gardening but I can’t say much about the 40 ounce size yet. I also have a 16 ounce (kids size) that I use when I leave the house. It fits in a lot of my bags and it’s leakproof so I always have cold water with me. It’s perfect especially since I’m on medication that causes dehydration if I’m not careful.DISHWASHER SAFE! This one is self explanatory.It’s amazing and I love it. There are a few cons though. The first one is that the 32 ounce doesn’t fit in my cup holder. Not a huge deal since it’s leakproof—I just keep it on the passenger seat. But Owala does have cup holder friendly options now if that’s something you want.The bottle also does dent and scratch fairly easily. I dropped it getting out my car one day and it’s a little beat up now. Kind ugly, but it’s still my fave. It’s kinda disappointing because I have Yetis and Stanleys that have been through far worse and still look new. Just be mindful of that and baby it a little. Still 100% worth it though.Long story short, it’s a great bottle that will keep your water cold and everything else dry. As someone who has used this bottle regularly for years, I highly recommend!Ver másVer menos

  Hiding that lipstick in style!

  I freaking love this thing. I'm not a trend person, I go for function. And when my STB SIL got my fiancé a shiney new Stanley I decided it was time to replace my beat up Rtic with the mismatch lid and straw.I may not follow trends, but I didn't want my fiancé's cup to put mine to absolute shame!First off, can we all agree that the marshmallow is gorgeous? THIS cup is spectacular. Strange to say that about a water bottle, I know. But since I never jumped on that train, I didn't know what I had been missing out on. Let me tell you what!The most important things to me is taking care of my service dog. She keeps me safe so her care is paramount to me. This enables me to pour my water into her bowl on the fly, without having to open my bottle past what I would do to drink from it. Quick and easy. That right there was the selling point for me. But as it turns out, there was even more benefit than that.I don't chug my water but if I did, the chug hole does works fine.The straw portion is ready to sip from, and it doesn't stick up tall like other water bottle straws. It's JUST tall enough to get the job done. No worry of toppling over because the straw got knocked over by the cat. (Because that happens.)The "handle", which is generally the locking feature unless you're using it as a handle, is well placed and comfortable for my sized hands. Not to small and not clunky and large. STB SIL likes to talk about how great the Stanley handle is, which I don't really get. I like that this doesn't have a handle. I have one to carry it if I need it, and not if I don't.The seal is completely water tight. I occasionally put a drink mix in it and shake vigorously. No leaks whatsoever. In fact...It fits in a car cup holder upside down. That's how I transport it in the car. It doesn't fit butt down, so I put it top down. I've been known to do this with various bottles, so I tried it with this one and it fits ok. It's not ideal but it's better than nothing. Try it in yours! Since it's completely leak proof there's are no worries about spilling. (Just be careful when you remove it that it doesn't unlatch.)Another bonus of the covered straw is that germs don't get in the straw. Perfect because people in public often don't cover their sneezes. Ugh. And the coolest part? Lipstick messes are concealed with a flip of the lid! Easy peasy!I have noticed that the inside of the straw stains a little, which was disappointing. I don't like that I look at it and it looks dirty when it isn't. But I guess I shouldn't have used drink enhancers then. Also, my top color is very light. Other colors might not show that. Another thing that want fun was that when it fell, it dented! Oh no! So beware of that.It keeps my water super cold and I don't go anywhere without it. I love it so much that I'm thinking of getting another so I don't have to limit myself by style! Definitely worth the price since I use it constantly, every day.This one is so chill and Zen... The next one shall be colorful and crazy! One for every mood!I simply can't say enough about this darn water bottle... Does that mean I'm on trend now? Who knows! I just love my Owalla! I'm definitely a fan!

  Durable, leak-proof, and keeps drinks ice cold

  I absolutely love this Owala water bottle. It’s very durable and has held up great to accidental drops and everyday use.One of my favorite things is how well it keeps drinks cold. If I fill it with ice water, the ice is still there even after 24 hours. The insulation is amazing.I also haven’t experienced any leaking, which is a huge plus when carrying it in a bag or taking it on the go.Another feature I really love is the FreeSip lid. I think it’s so convenient that you can either sip through the built-in straw or tilt the bottle back and drink normally. The straw option is especially nice when I want to share a drink with my kids without having them put their mouths on the entire bottle opening.The color options are super cute, and the color I chose looks exactly as expected. For the quality you get, I think these are very reasonably priced.Overall, this is one of the best water bottles I’ve owned, and I would definitely recommend it!Ver másVer menos

  Meet Your Hydration Goals with the BEST Water Bottle!

  I am absolutely thrilled with my Owala FreeSip stainless steel water bottle as it has quickly become my absolute favorite for every day use, and it is easily the best insulated bottle I have ever owned. The best part for me is the built- in straw. It allows me to sipupright or I can drink from the widemouth opening. The push button lock lid locks securely so I can toss it in my tote bag without worrying about any spills. The stainless steel keeps the water ice cold all day even if I leave it in my hot car! It has a convenient carry loop. It can be filled with large ice cubes, and it’s easy to clean. You will love it!!!Ver másVer menos

  So cute

  This is one of the best water bottles I’ve ever owned! The quality is excellent, it’s very durable, and it keeps my water fresh all day.
