great distance, durable, value
switched from 3 piece high end golf balls and tried these as well as Taylor Made Distance. These have outperformed the TM so far by about 10 more yards, more forgiving on bad strikes, and have been more workable around the green. durability seems okay so far, no cuts or defects from hitting objects on poor play. if you aren't good enough to play with one ball per round without losing it, these are an economical choice and a great value.Ver másVer menos

Awesome Golf ball for older high handicapers
I love these Honma D1 golf balls. I’ve gained 30 yards from my driver with more consistency. I can also hold a green (generate sufficient spin) with my short irons with these balls.Only negative is they feel firmer than I’m use to when putting, but getting use to it. I’m 62 years old with a moderate swing speed and 23 handicap. I’ve been using tour level balls and been struggling with distance and consistency. After watching a youtube video recommending the Honma D1golf balls for 50 + year olds with high handicaps, I thought I’d give these a try. Since these are a softer core than tour level balls, I can activate the core with my driver with my moderate swing speed. They are also a great value!Ver másVer menos

Good for the price
A decent ball not the best I've ever hit but excellent for the price. I would prefer a forgeway but qho wants to wait 2 weeks for a golf ball delivery? Legato is a good ball as well but since the price jump from last year not worth the cost

A very good ball
Love these! They play well on a variety of clubs and the orange color helps me see the ball better. They also wear very well. I bought two dozen more for next season and beyond. Put them in all of my golf bags. Very happy with my purchase and will buy again.

Why pay more?
I ordered these simply because there were four different colors in the box. The group I play with really likes each player to have a different color ball to eliminate confusion about who hits what ball. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find out that I really, really like these balls. After 5 18-hole rounds, the ball still looks brand new. I have a fairly slow swing speed, and soft cover balls work the best for me. Usually, they look awful after 3 rounds. Not these. And, I saw zero difference in distance and feel from my well-known brand-name balls. Highly recommend.Ver másVer menos
