Great shoes for active kids in and around water
These have been a great addition for my son. We ordered the black design, which are fun and colorful, in the Little Kid 13 Wide, and the fit was true to size with enough room for his wider feet. He says they’re comfortable, lightweight, and easy to put on and take off by himself.What I like most is that they work well beyond just the pool deck. He wears them while going back and forth between the trampoline, the pool, and the house, and they’ve held up well. We’ve tried other water shoes with larger ventilation holes, but they constantly filled with mulch and dirt in our yard. These do a much better job of keeping debris out while still draining and drying quickly after getting wet.They’re also a great option for hikes near rivers and streams, lake days, beach trips, and other water activities. So far they’ve been comfortable, practical, and exactly what we were looking for. I’d definitely recommend them.Ver másVer menos

The lace-up closure is a nice unique touch compared to the usual slip-on style most kids' water shoes use, giving a more secure and adjustable fit.QualityConstruction feels solid for a water shoe in this category, with drainage holes that actually let water escape rather than pooling inside and making the shoes heavy. The non-slip sole held up well on slick surfaces, which matters a lot at places like indoor water parks where the floors tend to get slimy and gross.FunctionalityThe lace-up design let us dial in the fit more precisely than a standard elastic or velcro closure would, which is especially useful for wiggly kid feet that don't always sit the same way in a shoe. Not Really Water Shoes
My daughter likes these shoes but notes that they're not really water shoes like you would think. They are more of trail shoes that you know you're going to be in a river a lot with. She has taken them with us on hikes and they're okay. It's a weird mix because they don't have the support you would want to go for hikes but they have more support than you would want for water shoes.They fit like expected and are of good quality. It's just that because the shoes are so thick they're not really good to go into water that you may want to swim in because they're a little bit heavier. They do provide great protection for her feet and I don't have to worry about a rock going through the shoe so that's really nice. If you are needing heavier shoes that aren't going to be used while kids are swimming I think these might be a good option as long as they don't need a lot of support in their shoes.Ver másVer menos

GREAT WATER SHOES

No more cut feet!
These water shoes have been great! My child wore them for the beach, the pool, and even on a short hike by the river, and they held up really well. They're lightweight, breathable, and dry surprisingly fast after getting wet. The non-slip sole gave me peace of mind on slippery rocks and pool decks, and my kid said they were comfortable enough to wear all day without any complaints.I also like how easy they are to put on and take off, while still staying securely on during play. True wide, runs large, a bit heavy for water
These are great looking shoes with a true wide width. They are so wide that they are almost too large for my child. In general, they run large overall-so I would size down by at least half, if not a full size. The quality feels nice and they feel almost like regular shoes in weight. Because of that, I feel like they would be too heavy when soaked with water. We will try wearing these as regular daily shoes. The traction is good, but beware if you wear them as regular shoes that they have holes in the soles to let water drain, so don't step in any puddles.
