An Excellent Punching Bag with Stand! Excellent Base!!
For those of you that enjoy kickboxing or boxing and are looking for a very nice punching bag with a sturdy base and good Spring Bar reflex then I definitely recommend this product!First of all this product is very well made and the pieces and parts that come with it appear to be a very good quality! First of all the base that it comes with splits into two pieces and can be filled with water or sand to keep it nice and steady! The nice Chrome finished Paul is made of metal and works perfectly with this product! The punching bag itself is a very nice material and will be great for anyone who enjoys boxing or kickboxing as part of their Fitness regimen! I do like the fact that this product also includes a nice thick foam sleeve just below the punching bag just in case you happen to miss!Another great feature of this product as you can see in my attached photos is that the punching bag is height adjustable with the attached dial! I also wanted to point out that this product sets up very quickly and easily and will be a great addition to any gym!I do want to point out that the base is made of a very nice thick plastic which will prevent any sort of leakage whether it be water or sand! In my opinion! There is absolutely no way any sand can leak out of the space due to the fact that it's made a very good quality! Therefore, based on my review I am rating this product five stars because it truly is an excellent punching bag and is the perfect cost-effective addition for any gym!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Ver másVer menos

good for rhythm work or combos
I got this punching bag to work on my timing and maybe someday us it for some quick cardio at home. Back when I used to train, striking was definitely never my strong suit, so why not? I'd say it's not really meant for heavy shots, but the spring gives it a quick rebound that makes you keep your hands up. It’s good for rhythm work or some combos.Setup was pretty easy. I used water for the base and it hasn’t moved as far as i can tell. The material feels durable, though I'd probably throw on gloves to make it more comfortable. I'm no pro, but for use at home I'd say the build quality is solid. For now though, I just hop on it once or twice a week whenever I feel like blowing off steam. It’s low‑effort, fun, and good when you want to move. Worthwhile.Ver másVer menos

Nice Bag
Adjustable and good value. The punching bag itself is a dense foam, so no need to worry about pumping it with air. I highly recommend wearing hand wraps at the minimum, as it is a rather firm bag. I use wraps and 14 oz gloves, and am able to execute crisp, snappy punches with no knuckle pain. As for the base, it is designed to be filled up to 125 lbs. with water or sand. I used water, and have had no problems with the unit moving during my workout. No missing parts and seems solid.Ver másVer menos

Bounce back punching bag
Great punching bag for my teen. Installation is straight forward and takes about 30 mi minutes. It is sturdy. It's bouncy is strong giving the user a good workout. It is easy to move from place to place and can be stored in the corner when not in use. It's a good stress reliever and workout accessory.Ver másVer menos
