Absolute Workhorse Earbuds
If you, like me, are seeking a headset primarily based off the need for a dedicated 2.4ghz dongle I do not think you can do better for a jack of all trades. These do not have the largest drivers, the craziest features, best mic etc. But I feel these absolutely deliver the best all around performance and value for a more niche product.I use these daily for full the workday (meetings included, the mic is perfectly serviceable via dongle use) and any gaming when time allows and they are wonderful. Absolutely seamless connection via dongle or Bluetooth (make sure your phone/device uses Bluetooth le or these will NOT work without the dongle). Anc is phenomenal as is ambient mode, absolutely 0 complains on either front. I can work next to an A/C unit without issue and turn on ambient to hear what's going on around the house when need be.Sound quality is wonderful. These drivers are smaller and have less bass behind them than some more consumer friendly brands but in practice I do not notice. The audio is so absolutely crystal clear, note and voice separation is superb and EQ is also more than satisfactory. I have had no issues getting the sound I want for any game or genre of music from folk, edm, or the most progressive of metal.Was hesitant to purchase as the price is absolutely not on the lower end compared to many earbuds that can come close but these do not disappoint. If you value quality and would like to make a purchase that will last and will not frustrate or feel gimmicky down the road I feel confident in recommending the INZONE buds after a number of months of 7 day a week use. Sounds amazing. Poor mic
Connectivity is pretty seamless, basically plug and play with my ps5. Nothing to complain about the sound quality, sound is really clear and sharp. The sound is probably the best thing about these headphones. Only thing that makes me not give it 5 starts is the microphone, it’s functional but it’s not great but then again these are earbuds. Very disappointed about this
I had them less than two months....talked to the limitless ai Sony has for tech support only used the chord from box and a low watt charger. It was determined to be hardware failure. I spent $200 on these and I'm sorely mad about it I'm currently talking to AI about getting them fixed or returned.Ver másVer menos

Terrible connectivity issues
The reason for only gave 2 stars is the terrible connectivity issues. I have had to factory reset these like 3-4 times due to issue with connecting/pairing bluetooth, disconnects from USB dangle. Also run into issues with the touch buttons not responding. With dealing with this and the Sony Inzone h9 connectivity issues, I would not recommend getting Sony branded audio devices. Other than all that they really do sound amazing, and have great ANC when they connect.Ver másVer menos

Great sound quality
I got these Sony Inzone wireless for my laptop mostly for zoom meetings and not for gaming.I few things stand out as a non gamer individual using these buds.1) these buds do not connect to Bluetooth, they require the receiver included in the set in order to connect to any device. That was unexpected as I was counting on being able to use them with my IPhone. I can still connect but need to use the receiver connected to the phone. This is an issue if the device needs to be plugged at the same time.2) the buds do not work with older model devices that do not have a USBC plug, so unless you have one of the latest IPAD models, it is not compatible.These are just nuances that I learned as I expected to be able to use them with multiple devices as I do with my Beats.On the positive side, these buds have great sound quality with strong noise cancellation capabilities. They are more comfortable than other buds and include several sizes of the ear tip rubber covers.I love the purple color and design, it looks sleek and the clear case is cool.In addition to my laptop, I have been using them on my PS5 to fully partake in the sound experience. I must say they don’t disappoint in sound quality and ease of use.The only reason I removed a star is due to the limitations of using them with older devices and even newer ones without the wireless transmitter.Ver másVer menos

Cool design, and solid sound but could be better
Best sound quality you're going to get for gaming based earbuds but it definitely won't beat out a good pair of headphones. I found them to be a bit uncomfortable after more than an hour of play. I kept getting random disconnects on the right bud, it would eventually reconnect itself after a few mins but still annoying.Ver másVer menos
