Great upgrade experience.
I had the previous version of these wireless gaming earbuds for about three years, and I finally upgraded to this newer set when the old ones stopped holding a charge. From the moment I started using them, they felt like a clear improvement in both comfort and performance. The fit is secure without feeling tight, and I can wear them for long gaming sessions without needing to adjust them constantly. The connection setup is one of the best parts of these. The small dongle makes it extremely easy to connect to different devices without dealing with complicated pairing steps. I have used them on both my computer and console, and they switch over quickly without any noticeable delay or connection drops. It feels very plug and play, which is exactly what I wanted after dealing with older headsets that were more finicky.Sound quality is noticeably better compared to my previous set. The audio feels more balanced, with clear separation between game effects, background sound, and dialogue. I can hear footsteps and directional cues more clearly, which actually makes a difference in competitive games. Everything sounds clean without being overly sharp or muddy. The microphone performance is also a big improvement. Voice chat comes through clearly and consistently, and I have not had issues with people asking me to repeat myself. It picks up my voice without needing to speak louder than normal, and background noise does not seem to overpower my voice during conversations. That alone makes them much better for online gaming and calls.Overall, this upgrade feels like exactly what I needed after using the older version for so long. The combination of easy connectivity, solid sound, and reliable voice quality makes them my current go to gaming earbuds. They feel dependable and well balanced for everyday use, and I am genuinely happy with the switch.Ver másVer menos

These are surprising!
I have just got these over the last 24 hours, but I am a bit of an audio junkie, so I feel like my opinion may help others.I own about 20-25 low-high end headsets/headphones/earbuds/wireless earbuds. I will compare these to my airpod pros 1st gen as I feel they are the closest in performance. My favorite that I own is a Hifiman Sundara, and is my daily driver for open ears. I use a DT770 when I want a closed earphone just to give you an idea of my audio preferences.Audio: Highly customizable via the Middle Rabbit app available on your mobile app store of your choice. Setting it with a flat response in my personal opinion is the way things should be tested. I am not going to go over it with science, but I will say that there are clear lows, mids, and highs. There is a slight excitement added to the lower end that I feel compliments the sound profile well. There is no noise cancelling, but they seal so well in my ears I am deaf to the world 90% of the time. I would say I prefer the sound profile of these over the airpod pros, and even place them within the same bracket performance wise. You lose little outside of noise cancellation by saving a couple hundred bucks and buying these. The dongle provides direct enough audio I played a couple matches of Tarkov, and Arena Breakout with them. I don't think you are hindering yourself using these in competitive environments.Comfort: Wore them for 4 hours today and have no residual soreness. Using the default tips without issue. I will update once I have had time to wear them over a few days.Case: It's all plastic, but it feels sturdy enough. It can hold the dongle, which is hugely convenient. Charge seems to hold pretty close to advertised on the case.Battery: I listened for 4 hours out the box with 80% charge and it got down to 47% at mid volume. That seems like it should hit pretty close to the advertised playing time, but will update further.Design: Pretty standard, but they have a futuristic blocky look that I tend to like. The case is a bit big, but it still fits inside my little pocket in my jeans, but may bulge more than some prefer.Features: Direct firmware upgrades from app are easy and convenient. There are several presets within the app that can be played around with such as gaming. They have a footstep boost option that I think helps pretty good in rainbow six siege. The voice prompts are useful when making changes to the device. I think the functionality exceeds the current asking price of these earbuds.Connectivity: Seems to be pretty quick when pairing to my devices. Easy to switch between dongle/bluetooth with a two second press on either bud. Range seems to be pretty good walking around my apartment. Never had any static or disconnects, and there is a TON of interference capable devices around.Overall, it's an easy recommendation, and if I encounter any major issues from now, I will come back and let you all know. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Good for the puter
Ok, so I want to start off by saying these earbuds are exactly what I was looking for with the dongle. The only reason the review is not five stars is the battery life. I alternate the earbuds to make them last longer, but that is having me charge the case every night when I log off. I am a gamer and need the earbuds for discord on the computer while I hear my game through my soundbar so the alternating doesn't bother me at all.The noise canceling works great and I can't hear a thing when both are in. The Battery life in the earbuds are not the greatest, only lasting maybe 6 hours each. They are comfortable to wear in the ear so no problem there either and they come with different sized ear thingies.Lets talk volume....TURN IT DOWN. If you need to talk to someone who likes to have there natural gases exposed, you can hear EVERYTHING!Quality is good and sturdy, but they do work themselves down to hit my earrings with can be a bit annoying at times, but easily fixable by just moving them back to the old bluetooth talky earbud.Ver másVer menos

No good I get as much sound out of these as I would get from a pair of foam ear plugs!
Got these to use with PS5, the first day I plugged the dongle in and they worked great, played for about a hour then shut PS5 off and put earbuds into charging case. Next day I turned PS5 on took earbuds from the charging case and put them in my ears but there was no sound, the user guide offers very little information (none on the issue I had) I am sending them back for refund.Ver másVer menos

Middle Rabbit SW5 is a vastly improved model, great for gaming, great technical support too!
I am a prior owner of the Middle Rabbit SW4 earbuds I purchased from Amazon back in 2023 for the purpose of gaming on my Sony PS5. I was happy overall with the SW4 model, however, the new Middle Rabbit SW5 model takes this set of earbuds to a whole new, outstanding level for me. The product improvements for the SW5 SW5 2.4G Wireless Gaming Earbuds with Mic, 20ms Low Latency, Dongle & Bluetooth 5.4 Dual-Mode Headphones, 4 Built-in Microphones I have been testing on Android and PS5 with amazing results. Dual-Device Connectivity: dual-device connection feature allows me to connect to both Discord and PS5 simultaneously which is a great feature and switch between gaming and answering calls on your smartphone [phone calls are crystal clear] without any interruptions. The 2.4G, Ultra-Low 20ms Latency showed zero lag and superior sound synchronization. The SW5 is powered by the advanced LC3 codec, a great feature. AI-Enhanced HD Microphone made a great noticed improvement for online gaming as this AI-enhanced HD mic ensures your voice is picked up clearly, delivering crystal-clear communication with my gaming friends. The SW5 are so comfortable and light they made over 6 hours of gaming seamless vs. my heavier full headset models I use for gaming. Middle Rabbit has a very responsive and customer oriented Technical team who cares very much about their customers! The case is sleek and the Android app provides clear and concise charging status of both earbuds and case levels. The EQ settings allow for Gaming modes which tested did great for both voice clarity and performance. I gave the Middle Rabbit a five star review as an avid gamer I need a product that meets my needs. The Middle Rabbit SW5 exceeded my expectations and would recommend this product to gamers and anyone who wants a quality product for a very reasonable price point. I am very happy with the Middle Rabbit SW5 product and know MW will keep on making great products!Ver másVer menos

Taking Gaming Sound to the Next Level with Middle Rabbit’s SW5 Headphones
Middle Rabbit is becoming a household name when you think of high quality ear bud style gaming headphones. From their SW4 to their SW5 headphones they have not let me down. They include an easy to use USB Dongle which is amazing for plug and play recording for TikTok, or high quality phone call conversations. The dongle is automatically recognized on iPhones and immediately begins working without any changes to the phones settings. You can also utilize the Bluetooth setting which will allow you to pair multiple devices simultaneously and seamlessly switch from each device when needed. This means you can be gaming on your PC using the headphones, get a call on your phone, switch the call to your headset, and then switch to watching your favorite creators on TikTok without having to switch headphones. Once they are connected and paired with your devices you can use them across multiple devices with ease. I used them for 3 devices simultaneously: iPad, iPhone, and Gaming PC.Aside from over delivering on functionality the audio quality is amazing and close to zero latency. Don’t worry about losing games because you can’t hear directional footsteps. The SW5 has sound quality that hangs with the best of them and can absolutely be used for competitive gaming like battle royales, and esports.Lastly I can’t forget about the application they have. It’s one app for everything Middle Rabbit so you can rest easy knowing you’ll get timely firmware updates and be able to adjust your headphones for any type of environment or listening needs. The app allows you to change the equalizer setting presets, switch between usb dongle mode, or Bluetooth and much more. Most apps aren’t that great but Middle Rabbit delivers a high end experience with excellent application programming with a modern dashboard that looks professional and is easy to use.Overall if you are looking for wireless headphones with all the bells and whistles, then Middle Rabbit has you covered with the SW5 Headphones. They are lightweight, strong, and hold a charge for hours upon hours. You’ll be happy you own these, trust me.Ver másVer menos
