Powerful, Compact, and Very Handy

This cordless air duster works much better than I expected. It has a very strong airflow, making it perfect for cleaning keyboards, computers, car interiors, and other hard-to-reach areas. The battery lasts a good amount of time, it’s lightweight, and the different nozzles make it versatile for many cleaning tasks. It has replaced canned air for me, and I highly recommend it. Be aware but nice value

Very nice kit. Great value. Strong power. The magnifier and ligjt its a plus. Conserning that when charging the usb c port and the supplied cable connector gets hot. Quite hight pitch noise when on higher setting which I know will be annoying to young people.

efficient air compressor

This product does a pretty good job of delivering on its promises for the daily maintenance of my keyboard, computer, and car. I bought it mainly to clean my keyboard, computer tower, and some hard-to-reach spots on my furniture, and I was really surprised by how powerful it is; it’s impressive for its size. Since it’s cordless and has adjustable speed control, it’s very comfortable to use; I can move it around easily thanks to its compact size. The battery generally works quite well; I’ve noticed that when used at maximum speed, it tends to drain a bit faster, but overall it lets me clean what I need to without having to recharge it often. The material it’s made of feels high-quality, and the price is very affordable.Ver más

Far Better Than Old Fashioned Canned Air!

Over many years, I have probably spent thousands of dollars on what is referred to as "canned air". Simply, compressed air in a disposable can. And over the same years, I must admit, I have always had mixed results with canned air. Let me explain.I have worked as a photographer and a lighting cameraman for just over 50 (fifty) years. Making crisp, detailed images, means having a clean lens - both the front element and the rear. Plus, it also means, keeping various glass filters equally clean. Typically, I use dedicated lens tissues with some lens cleaner, but the first task is to remove dust and dirt - the kind of material you do not want to grind into your lens, with lens tissue.Rubber blowers worked ok, but they only provided a single "blow" before you had to release the bulb, let air return into the unit, and then squeeze again. Not bad, but it needed some improvement.Next came the canned air. Great idea, but it did have some drawbacks. First, you had to be careful not to shake the can at all, because it could discharge some of its chemical compounds. Even if you were careful, a discharge was possible. I have cleaned more that one lens of this material, after a burst of "something" went all over the lens.The worst was on day as I was cleaning some negatives. I had that same discharge onto a negative, which did cause permanent damage. I never used canned air again in the darkroom.Finally, cordless blowers started to appear, but most at the start, were not great. There were a number of shortcoming, but finally we arrived with the kind of product we have now. This particular unit by Anyone, is about the best I have seen to date. Here is why...What has impressed me the most, is the volume and speed of the air, this unit can move. It's remarkable! In addition, the company provides you with some options that change the direction and velocity of air, by changing the diameter of the exit hole. The smaller diameter will direct a stronger, more concentrated steam of air.The volume of noise generated is actually pretty low. I was concerned that with the motor running and the air rushing, the noise would require hearing protection, but it does not.When you use the unit, it is very well balance in your hand. In spite of its size, the large handle works very well at controlling the duster. I assume that the batteries are housed in the handle, because of the duration of the run-time. The batteries must be fairly large to keep the unit running for so long, and that handle seems like the room to house them.And, of course, this excellent duster is not limited to photographic use. I use mine to blast out fine debris from various air filters, getting them almost as clean as new! Excellent for interior dusting of my truck. The high velocity air gets the dirt out of areas I can't reach with a cloth, such as various vents. In addition, you have one attachment that has a brush built right in. You can brush the dirt loose and then proceed to banish it with air! Cool system!Don't want to blow something halfway to the moon? You can dial the velocity way down with a single, sliding switch on the side. This is a great feature. Another use for low velocity, is drying out somewhat delicate foam pre-filters. After a quick hand-washing, I can dry the foam much quicker by applying some low velocity air. It does not damage the foam, like the higher setting would.In fact, I have found uses for this air duster, that I would never have thought of. After a trip with luggage, I can blow out the case to remove just everyday dust and dirt from the trip. Blow off the outdoor table after a meal. the battery compartment for small electronics. My printer, every once in a while. Your keyboard. Blow out cobwebs on a screen door. This list goes on and on! You will be so surprised at just how useful the air duster can be!You also receive four different brushes, that work great to help knock dust/dirt away, while blowing air over.A few other quick points...At the bottom of the handle, there is a 10X magnifying lens. Ok. Nice, but I'm not sure I will ever use it...Those different attachments to the duster - they lock into place. Great idea, because it secures them in place. They won't blow off!You also receive a lanyard for hanging the unit or wrapping around your wrist, and a charging cable - although no actual wall charger is included.And one final point, that's pretty obvious. As this air duster simply blows the air around you, if you are cleaning a lens, you will want to do that in a relatively clean space. Not, for example, after you have just swept up the floor and there is a lot of airborne dust in the air!At about $15-$20 per can of compressed air, you savings with this air duster will happen soon.Bottom Line - A very effective, well made air duster. Very useful for a multitude of different things! It has - for me - eliminated purchased canned air. Far better and far, far cheaper!

Strong Blower with LED Light and Accessories

This is a very powerful electric air duster. I was honestly impressed with it.It comes in a nice storage case with several accessories, including different nozzles, brushes, a lanyard, and a USB C charging cable. The kit feels more complete than I expected. The listing says the motor reaches up to 150,000 RPM with stepless speed control, and while I cannot verify the exact RPM number, the airflow is definitely strong.The way it works is simple. You press and hold the front trigger until the LED indicator lights above the charging port turn on, then you adjust the power with the slider from low speed to maximum speed. I also found an extra button at the bottom of the unit, which turns on the LED light. That is a good feature when cleaning inside a computer case or any dark area where dust is hard to see.One thing that surprised me was the built in magnifying glass. At first, I did not understand why it was there, but it makes sense for starting a fire outdoors using sunlight and then using the blower to help feed the flame. For regular use, I care more about the blower and LED light, but it is still an interesting extra.For electronics, this makes much more sense to me than cheap disposable compressed air cans. With cans, you can sometimes get propellant or moisture if they are used incorrectly, especially if the can is tilted. This unit just blows regular air through the rear intake, so there is no canned propellant being sprayed into your computer or keyboard. For cleaning PC cases, keyboards, fans, heatsinks, and other electronics, I prefer this type of duster.Just be aware that it is strong. If your computer is very dusty, I would take it outside before using this because it can blow dust everywhere very quickly.I also tested it on a large exercise ball. I deflated the ball on purpose and used one of the attachments to inflate it again. It filled the ball very fast, around a minute or so, although I did not time it exactly. The only thing to know is that when you stop the blower, air can start escaping back through the opening, so you need to remove the attachment and close the valve quickly.I also want to try it later for pre inflating a paddle board. Of course, it will not replace a real high pressure SUP pump and it will not reach 15 or 20 PSI. But for filling the board with air volume first, before finishing with a high pressure pump, I think it might help a lot if the adapter can be held against the valve properly.Overall, I really like this air duster. It is powerful, comes with a good case and accessories, has stepless speed control, LED light, USB C charging, and enough airflow for electronics, keyboards, car interiors, and low pressure inflatables. I recommend it, especially if you clean computers or electronics often.

Compressed Air Duster

Wow! Is this ever powerful! I would take a video but I'm a little scared of my blow my microphone because it certainly gets loud when you turn it up on high and it gets very very windy. This will blow any dust out of any keyboard or car vent you aim it at that's for sure. It's amazing that something so small can be so powerful. No more compressed air In a can around here! It is also great that it charges via USBC so you don't have to deal with batteries and that's probably also why it can be so powerful as it holds a pretty solid charge.This is nice and compact as well which means that you can carry it with you wherever you need to be. Even has a nice semi hardtop carrying case that it comes with and three different adapters and lots of little brushes and things. This will definitely clean any little keyboard, computer or a thing you can throw at it. And for me I wanted it for my laptop for sure but I also wanted it for dusting. Some little things I have on display and now I'm going to have to make sure I only do it on the lightest setting I can get away with because otherwise it's going to knock them right over! It's kind of like having a tiny leaf blower in your hands.I like that it has a magnifying glass on it as well. I think for an office product this is definitely super handy to have on hand. I think the magnifying glass is there to help you make sure you've gotten all the dirt out? I wasn't really sure about that but it does work well and it's kind of got like a convex shape and can zoom in pretty well. You can also Target particular things with the nozzles and then the one with the brush is super handy as well.Overall, I'm definitely impressed with this air duster and I've already got several things. I can't wait to try it out on. It is a very powerful little machine and I could see this coming in handy especially with computers but also so much so with the car. Maybe this duster in one hand in a vacuum nozzle in the other? Just loosen it out and then get it sucked up all in one go. I'm going to definitely try it. I recommend for anyone that's in the market for one of these. This is definitely a good one. Five stars.Ver más

Handier than expected

I ordered this blower primarily for when I get into trying to resurrect old electronics (stereo components, computers, etc) but ended up finding more uses for it than I expected. This is a pretty nice kit that includes four different blower nozzles, plus four different sized brushes, charge cable and carry case. The case is nicer than expected and has a somewhat hard shell, perimeter zipper and a mesh net on half to hold the accessories. The blower itself is nicely made and heavier than I thought which is good since that means more battery and more metal internal parts. The fit and finish of the molded components is quite good and the handle is over-moulded with a grippy rubber which helps with the quality feel. Nozzles are removed and replaced with a slight twist. Press and hold the power switch to turn it on, and once on, you can control the speed between off and full by using the slider. These controls are conveniently positioned on the handle for using finger and thumb. A lanyard is included and two tiny holes are provided for mounting it - and I accepted the personal challenge of seeing if I could actually install the lanyard that way. It is possible, but it took me at least 15 minutes and finally worked with a small screwdriver and a tiny pick hook. This is the only thing that seems poorly designed. You can also just route through one of the small holes and then around the side of the handle but that wasn't good enough for me lol. Anyway, the handle also includes a magnifying glass with a surrounding LED light which is a nice touch if you happen to be interested in cleaning inside a dark-ish electronics chassis or something. The charging port is USB-C thankfully and 3 small LEDs indicate the approximate charge level and charging status. Overall I find this to be a well-designed tool that performs its task as intended. Beyond cleaning computers and such I found it useful for quickly drying inside vases and my CPAP hose. I don't think I will ever use it to blow leaves like the listing photos show, and I won't take it camping to start a fire either. But you could, I guess, and I'm sure there are lots of other uses that it can have too. Can easily recommend this if you think the kit and price suit you.Ver más
