  Hbada E3 Pro 2026: good chair, but waiting to see if the manufacturer resolves a warranty issue

  This is a review for the Hbada E3 Pro 2026 Edition Ergonomic Office Chair, Mesh Desk Chair. I'm mentioning this because the reviews listed are mostly for their gaming chair. Hbada or Amazon should clean those up so they're accurate for the listed product.I've been searching for a new home office chair with lumbar support. I've been having back pain, and realized my old chair was contributing to my pain. After doing more research then I care to admit, I narrowed my search to a few different chairs, and ended up buying this one on Amazon.The good:The chair was delivered quickly, packaged well and easy enough to assembled with tools provided.It has many adjustments, and after playing around with them a bit I was able to comfortable adjust it for my 5'9" 160 lb body.The lumbar support is great in my opinion. Adjustable and comfortable.Reclining with the leg rest extended is the BEST. You can fall asleep in the chair easily, though I haven't tried it yet.For me, the self adjusting reclining tension is spot on. And locking the recline in 1 of 4 positions provides enough options for me.The new arm rest design offers a tremendous range of options.The bad:As many others have mentioned, the lowest setting on the arm rests is too high. You can work through it by reversing them and using the tilt, but it's a work around for something that that should simply go lower.To adjust the lumbar support, back rest and head rest, you need to lift them to their highest position and then they can reset back to their lowest level. This isn't a deal breaker, but it feels cumbersome when you want to make a slight adjustment. Of course, you'll likely never adjust the backrest height once it's set.The issue:The retractable foot rest doesn't lock underneath the chair. It doesn't have any resistance to keep it retracted, so it slides forwards when you move around. It hits the back of your legs, so it's not terrible, but it shouldn't happen.I contacted the manufacturer and they've been nice, but haven't provided any meaning solution or option to fix this problem. It's only been a week, but I'm disappointed that they've said they're contacting their warehouse for support but there hasn't really been any.If this issue get's resolved, then I'll change this review to 5 stars. If it doesn't, I may lower this score. This chair was almost $600 and the warranty service should be better.5/28/26 update: The seller reached out to me through Amazon. After explaining the issue and the experience I had working with the warranty team, they offered me a full refund.I was impressed with how the seller stood behind their product and ultimately provided a satisfactory solution. They've earned my trust as a supplier and I would consider buying other products from them in the future.It really is a comfortable chairVer másVer menos

  Worth the money

  Easy to assemble and comfortable. There was a delay in shipping, but that was likely due to the memorial holiday. My only "complaint" is that the arms will turn with little effort so it can be a little annoying when playing a game on controller and your arm suddenly shifts. Aside from that mild inconvenience, this is a great chair.Ver másVer menos

  Good chair for the money...with one complaint

  Overall this is a good chair. It is not a gaming chair contrary to what the AI review header says. It is comfortable and does a good job at supporting your back which was the main reason for my getting it. The armrests which many complain about...I don't have an issue with them being too tall. In the lowest position they are fine. My issue with them is they are far too easy to adjust. If you grab it to move the chair you move the armrest. They should have put a locking mechanism on it to prevent the thing from moving every time you look at it the wrong way. Major design flaw. Other than that, it is pretty well made and I could see it lasting a long time.Ver másVer menos

  The chair is sturdy and good for the price, however...

  I am 6' tall and I don't have a slim body type, I am not fat either. The chair is good, it obviously that the materials are not cheap.But if you are as tall as I am, look for another chair. While for the legs, at maximum height it is spot on, for my back it feels too small, specially for my head. Every move I make, I need to adjust the pillow that is supposed to be neck height. The arm support are too far apart for me, it does offer flexibility, but to do so, I need to unscrew the arm chair.The seat is a perfect size for me, I really can't imagine that many chair have a way smaller seat than this.Actually, everything is perfect, apart of the back height, I don't feel comfortable and it is rather annoying to have to move the pillow every 30 seconds.Another thing that I noticed is that my back does not touch the back of the chair normally, I need to force it to touch and I don't feel that my back is actually straight. But again, it is probably this chair is too short for me.It is a shame, I like the chair and I think it is a great deal for the price, but it just does not fit me and just during this review I had to adjust the pillow over 5 times. I will return this chair, but I will probably get another chair from the same brand, because it is a great deal, delivery is fast, everything was in a pristine condition, the chair is sturdy, materials feels good. Overall, great chair.I would say if you are about 5'8" it is probably a perfect size for you.Ver másVer menos

  12 Month Review - It's Technically a Chair

  Why not a review the same day it arrived? Because anyone can make a product work for awhile.Bought March of 2022 and had it assembled inside 20 minutes. The materials are fairly durable with only a bit of wear on the armrests and seat pad. The wheels are there. Armrests adjust up and down at different rates from each other. Lots going for it. Onto the bad stuff.You'll never use the footrest. Reclining in this feels like you're about to do a reverse header into the floor, every single time. The padding is about what you expect from a budget chair: it's present. Breathable material? Absolutely not. After an hour or so, you start to expect an ogre and donkey to wander through. Height adjustment is technically a thing with the chair, in the same way that when an airplane slams into a mountain the seatbelts technically have an effect. It's got about an inch and a half of adjustment and sits fairly low no matter what, is what I'm saying. Which is convenient since after a year or so of use, the chair will begin adjusting it's height automatically. By leaking and lowering itself. I write this review now while pondering the philosophical depths of the human knee. Of which, both of mine seem to be a few short inches from my eyes while seated in this quality made seat.That all said, it's a far cry better than milk crates and old pillows.   Great comfortable chair

  The chair is nice looking and very comfortable which is why I gave it 5 stars - I mean comfort is the most important thing!2 minor cons: the chair is bulky, it has a large metal frame which makes it sturdy, but the design of it is not "minimalist", it's a big chair. The 2nd con was mentioned in other reviews - the arm rests sit up high even at the lowest position. It's not uncomfortable by any means, but if there is one thing I would fix with this chair, I'd want the armrests to go lower. I normally like to position my arms lower when sitting, however having them up higher actually feels good, so maybe it's me that needs to adjust!Overall great chair at the price point.Ver másVer menos
