  Health Monitoring Perfection

  Huge upgrade from the earlier versions...and I was happy with those as well...until this version! Superior to any other fitness, sleep, and health tracker. So much better than the Apple watch as well...at a much more reasonable cost, much more comfortable...with a much better battery life than the Apple watch! Also more comfortable to sleep in, therefore getting more accurate sleep data. I am a complete Oura fan. It has changed my life for the better. It has helped me sleep better, handle stress better, become more fit. The Oura advisor is also amazing...spot on advice based on it's analysis of my data.   Worth the Hype

  I can honestly say the Oura Ring 5 exceeded my expectations. It’s one of those products that’s actually worth the hype.The design is beautiful and incredibly comfortable—I often forget I’m even wearing it. The battery life is excellent, the app is intuitive, and the insights go far beyond simple step counting. Sleep tracking has been incredibly detailed, and I love waking up to a complete picture of my recovery, readiness, heart rate, stress, and overall health.One feature that truly stands out is Pregnancy Insights. As someone using it throughout pregnancy, it’s been amazing to see how my body changes over time. Tracking trends like resting heart rate, body temperature, sleep quality, and recovery has given me a much better understanding of what my body is experiencing. Of course, it’s not a medical device, but it’s been an incredibly valuable wellness companion during this journey.I also appreciate how the recommendations feel personalized instead of generic.   I was very impressed with this ring. It’s well made, durable, and comfortable to wear. The sleep tracking, step counting, and heart rate monitoring are all accurate and consistent. I chose the Stealth color, and it looks sleek, low-profile, and goes with everything.My only complaint is the price. The ring itself is expensive, and the annual membership has increased from $59.99 to $69.99.   A fantastic upgrade!

  I had the Oura Ring 4 and after almost a year and a half, it started to not hold a charge for more than a couple of days. I ordered the sizing kit and then ordered the ring in size 12 Stealth (keep in mind the sizing on the Oura Ring 5 is different than it is for the Oura Ring 4, so if you're upgrading, you do need to order the sizing kit (which is credited towards the purchase of the Oura 5). The new ring seems more accurate and precise, it's much smaller which makes it more comfortable than the 4. I also feel that the all titanium construction is more robust than the last version. I bought the Stealth version and after a couple of weeks it's showing no signs of any scratches. I also think it looks better, I wore the 4 on my right index finger and that's the same finger I'm wearing the 5 on. It looks better and, again, is more comfortable.This is an expensive solution for a ring but it's discreet, has seems to be able to read more vitals, and is more accurate. It seems to communicate with the app on my iPhone with more frequent updates. The battery life is fantastic, I got seven full days on a charge. I'm about to take a two week road trip and I also bought the charging case I'm pretty confident that I'll be covered.Ver másVer menos

  Great ring, great size, incredible data!

  I enjoy this ring more than the 4 because it is smaller, mainly the external diameter, but also the width of the ring. It wears more like a regular gold ring but is loaded with bio-data, reminders to stand, etc. the sleep info is pretty amazing as well as the heart-rate monitor data. The battery lasts for a week - but so did the 4 when it was new - then dropped to 4 days on 6 months. May have been defective. This promises to hold its charge so far. Love the ring.Ver másVer menos

  I am giving it 4 stars because the build quality is excellent. The ring looks elegant, feels comfortable to wear, and has the feel of a premium product. However, there is something very important that buyers should know.This device cannot be used at all without paying for the subscription. Unlike other smart devices that offer basic features for free and charge only for advanced functions, this ring requires an active membership to access the features you purchased it for. Without the subscription, it is essentially unusable.In addition, even the free trial requires entering a credit card.   I bought this because I saw that it was slimmer, and not as bulky, I could not be more happy with this purchase! I used to have the Ultrahuman air ring and the Oura ring is definitely better in my opinion. I loved my Ultrahuman but after about a year I stopped wearing it because it was just uncomfortable and I had to get a replacement about 7 months after purchasing it because it wouldn’t charge or connect to the app. The only complaint I have is that it sometimes takes a while to connect to the app (about 3 minutes or so) when you open the app. It does still scratch but it’s not super noticeable. I love the silver color because it just looks like normal jewelry. I also like that it connects to the cycle tracking with natural cycles, makes it easier to understand what my body is doing. I haven’t had any major issues with it so far and I’m hoping I don’t because I do love this ring! I had to help my fiancé work on a customer vehicle and it held up while holding heavy parts. Definitely worth the money, you get what you pay for in my opinion.Ver másVer menos

  Perfect Oura update

  This is my third Oura Ring, and I’ve been wearing Oura for over six years. This newest model is much smaller, lighter, and more comfortable to wear. So far, I haven’t experienced any data issues with the new release. Unfortunately, the photo doesn’t really show the size difference.The battery life isn’t amazing, but it’s acceptable for everything the ring tracks, and it charges quickly. After wearing it for about a week, I’ve found I need to charge it every three days, which is a little more often than Oura advertises.I’d love to see Oura offer this smaller size in the beautiful ceramic colors they released for a short time.It does an excellent job tracking steps, sleep, and heart rate. If you’re thinking about getting one, I highly recommend it. Mine stays on my finger just like my wedding ring… it rarely comes off.Ver másVer menos

  2 faulty - I won't try another.

  Pretty rubbish.1st one - went wrong within a week2nd one - Sleep often showed 2 overlapping sleep times and with one sometimes not finishing until a future time. Also big gaps in heart rate monitoring

  PVD Coating have stains !!

  It's a really good ring with a pack of reliable functions; however, build quality-wise, especially the outer paint has lots of marks, which I don't like!!

  So far it’s been great, I love the size and color. If you’re wanting something not bulky like the Apple Watch, this is definitely worth the buy!
