  Worth every penny

  I was nervous about this purchase, but it was totally worth it for us. We transitioned our car to all wet food because she literally never drinks. Ever. So we wanted to give her an extra meal during the day while we're at work.Took her a second to learn how to eat from it. I started by feeding her meals from here without it turned on first so she got used to it. Now she loves it and the little bell pavloved her so she runs to it when it's time to eat.Cleaning is a breeze. Can hand wash or dishwash.I prep her lunch in the morning after I feed her breakfast and wash at night so it's ready for the next day. Literally takes 1 extra minute.It tells me in the app how much she ate and I can "ding" her remotely if I want to cue her to eat more (and I have!) if I'm going to be home late or something (I only feed her lunch in this and hand prep the other 2 meals).Now for the "could be better":The food is cold and she doesn't like cold food. She much prefers her food warm. But the only other feeders on the market that warm have bad reviews saying they questioned safety, and I'm not about that. If they can figure out a warming feature some day, I'm there, but until then, this will do.I don't like that I can only set meals for 4 hours, but I do understand.Also, I don't subscribe to the app and have been satisfied with the features at baseline.   Finally an automated wet food feeder

  Very impressed with this productSome cats cannot eat kibble and there are next to zero automated wet food options out there. This product sent me notifications, allowed me change the time remotely if I wanted and even ring a bell to alert the cat if she did not notice. Brilliant.It only keeps wet food cool for 3 days but I suppose that is more because the meat will spoil. I did not take a photo when it is covered but when the feeding time is over, the food is covered. I believe it is worth it but you be the judge on your lifestyle and value for money. Fits a whole cat tin in one slot. Colors come in black and white. I got the black one.Ver másVer menos

  Expensive Electronic Waste

  NOT DURABLE NOR RELIABLE -I really wanted to love this product because the concept is excellent. The app is easy to use, the design is modern, and it worked very well at first.Unfortunately, after the warranty expired, the cooling system stopped working almost completely. The fan still runs, the back of the unit gets warm, but the cooling plate no longer gets cold enough to keep wet food properly chilled. I keep the unit clean, the vents are dust-free, and the room temperature is reasonable, so this doesn’t appear to be a maintenance issue.The most disappointing part is that there are no official repair options or replacement parts available, which turns what should be a repairable appliance into electronic waste.It’s not a product that will last for months - or even weeks - I would be cautious here. It’s a great idea with solid software in paper, but the mid-term reliability of the cooling system has been extremely disappointing in my experience.Ver másVer menos

  Great For Wet Food Diets

  This was the perfect solution for our older cat who is now on wet food. I was finally able to not be awoken by a cat claw to the face. This is easy to clean and maintain.

  Contains the mess

  This has been super helpful with containing messes for our cat. She can be messy at times. But most of the food spills stay on the mat. She does play in her water, and that can be messy on the floor, but that is just my cat. Overall good product, and does what it is supposed toVer másVer menos

  Easy Setup but No Returns on Amazon

  Sometimes it is hard to imagine a product when given the dimensions. This thing is very big and sits very high because of the cooling feature. It was very easy to set up the app. I have the Dockstream and no issues with having 2 products on the app. I misunderstood the option of feeding. I thought it had a sensor much like the Dockstream where it would open when the cat is nearby. That is not how that works. The sensor is so it doesn't shut on the cat's face while eating. The timing did not work for what I needed it for and wanted to return it. Pay attention before purchasing that Amazon does not accept returns on this item. It would be beneficial to buy this product from the source or from another retailer where returns are accepted such as Chewy.Ver másVer menos
