5 Star Watch...
I've had a Fitbit watch for a few years now; however, after their update, my watch and (my girlfriend's watch) would not hold a charge. Within a few days I could charge it to 100% and it would immediately discharge and not work. When I contacted Fitbit, they said that that couldn't happen, but I found in their questions and answers that many, many other people were having the same problem. They admitted that they were aware of the problem in a text, which was posted on their site and as soon as they had a fix, they would post it. They are never going to post it.Fitbit offered me a 35% discount if I went to their site and bought the watch which was $199. It's way cheaper on Amazon!.. even without their discount. When I screenshoted their letter to another person stating that they were aware of the problem, they told me that they would escalate my case. I believe that they did this on purpose, so everybody would have to buy a new watch. My watch work perfectly until the update. I originally thought that it was only my watch, and it was simply old, but my girlfriend's watch did the same thing, too, at the szme time. I'm angry. I will never buy another Fitbit watch, Ever.Now for the good news... I decided to buy this watch to hold me over until I could find something better. After trying it for one day, I decided that this was a fabulous watch and that I was looking no further. It was relatively inexpensive, and it has almost all of the features and a few more that my Fitbit Versa 3 did not have. The watch face is huge so I can actually see it without my glasses. Ths interface is Beautiful! The interface is Beautiful; the only feature that it didn't have is tracking REM sleep. I'm hoping that they will add it down the line? It also tracks blood pressure, which the Fitbit did not. I've made calls with this watch and my friends cannot tell that I'm not on my phone. It's great when I do not have my phone handy because I can answer on my watch and then try to find my phone to finish my call, if needed. It's well made and water resistant and the screen is bright with many clock faces to choose from. You can even put a picture from your gallery on it if you want!BUY THIS WATCH!
