Refurbished purchase: laptop received as described, except that the software and hard drive kept crashing—perhaps it was defective from the manufacturer and failed the refurbished checkup?

like how easy it is to use but it is on the slow side when opening certain windows.Just got in the mail a few days ago so it's hard to say what else I like or dislike about it right now
