  Works well and tastes great!

  Earlier this year, I discovered VMI Sports products, and I have really grown to trust the brand. Their supplements are of high quality, perform well, and taste good. You also typically get a good amount/quantity of product, which justifies the price. This is no different.I typically use stimulant-free pre workout supplements simply because I have an energy drink each day. I also typically workout in the evening, so I don't want to caffeine-bomb myself a few hours ahead of bedtime. However, on the weekends where I can workout during the day, I do use pre workouts with caffeine, so I thought I would give this a try.Like the other VMI supplements I've tried, it simply works well. I also don't really have any issue with feeling weird or feeling any 'side effects' from taking it. I just get the energy and stamina boost to help me with the workout rather than any aches or jitters or other unwanted feelings. I didn't struggle AS much through a tough workout as I do with some of my non-stim pre workouts and it was certainly better than if I had taken nothing.I loved the grape PEZ flavors from the brand Glaxon so much that I bought several extra containers of them when they had some discontinued product sales, so I was happy to see another brand pick up the grape PEZ flavor. It tastes excellent, which helps when you're taking pre workout in anything more than a few sips. It mixed well and tastes great!Ver másVer menos

  Could feel the energy - and it tasted good

  OK, first thing people want to know - how did it taste? Well, it tasted horrible compared to chocolate, but was quite good compared to other preworkout powders. :) I could use it to flavor my water at any time during the day and enjoy it.I did feel more energized on it. I did not notice increased pumps, but I did not workout without it to see the difference. It has a lot of good things in it, to help with recovery and such, so I say just go ahead and get it.   Powerful and effective, tastes great, but expensive and some jitters

  They had me at grape PEZ. And while the flavor isn't 100% accurate, it's good enough that this tastes much better than the usual pre-workout powder. That makes a nice change. It mixes fine.Performance-wise, this pre-workout has the hallmarks typical of the more "powerful" level of pre-workout supplements: L-citrulline at 6 grans or more, caffeine at 250mg or more, beta alanine at 2 grams or more, etc. It also has a lot (1.5 grams) of taurine and some of the more exotic adds like DMAE, huperzine, and theobromine. I found my performance at the gym good, but the high caffeine and beta alanine levels definitely created that jittery and tingly feeling that some are looking for and some hate (and I say this as a heavy coffee drinker and energy drink consumer).What's not as great: This is sweetened with sucralose, it has large amount of niacin (something some people prefer to avoid), and I think there's an argument that the beta alanine dose is a little high at 3.2 grams. It's also priced at the premium level, perhaps aspirationally so for a smaller brand. It would also be nice if the Amazon product listing showed the complete nutrition panel.I think this is worth a flyer if you want a powerful pre-workout that actually tastes good, particularly if you get a deal.Ver másVer menos

  Great quality, flavor, and ingredients!

  In my years evaluating and reviewing supplements, I have had the privilege of trying a wide variety of products from a significant number of manufacturers. VMI is one of my favorite manufacturers; their ingredients are high-quality, their manufacturing is trustworthy, and their products are both effective and delicious! This per-workout mix is no exception to that rule! The Grape PEZ flavor actually tastes like grape PEZ and it is very enjoyable to drink (unlike competing products that we quickly drink to escape the terrible flavor). It also mixes into water very easily; in fact, I was able to mix it to the point of absorption (with no lingering powder) using just a spoon. My body has never responded strongly to pre-workout mixes, but I could tell a difference in my energy level after using this mix, and I received that benefit without any of the jitters, flushing, etc. that some products cause. These results will naturally vary based on the individual, but I recommend trying this product!Ver másVer menos

  Clean Energy, Killer Focus, No Crash!

  I started working out about two months ago and decided to finally give a pre-workout a shot. I now get the hype. This Stacked Pre-Workout hooked me from the first scoop. The PEZ Grape flavor is awesome, sweet, smooth, and easy to mix, without the chalky taste that some powders have.Within 15 minutes, I could feel it kick in. It wasn’t a crazy, jittery rush, just a clean wave of energy that made me want to move. The focus hit next, I was dialed in, no distractions, just me and the weights. I pushed harder, lasted longer, and honestly felt like I got more out of every set. The tingling kicked in a bit (that beta-alanine buzz), but it was the good kind that makes you feel like it’s go time.I’ve noticed I recover faster, too, and there’s no crash afterward. The taste, performance, and smooth energy make this one a keeper. It’s become part of my pre-lift ritual now, and I can’t imagine training without it.
