Very easy to install and can make a large room cold quickly. I bought 2 units.
I was impressed by how easy this air conditioner was to install using the included window kit. After installation, it cooled a large 250-square-foot room from 89°F down to 68°F in less than an hour. The oscillating feature helps distribute the cool air evenly throughout the room, and once it reaches the set temperature, it runs very quietly. Broken. . TWICE. Waste of time
Zero stars if i could. Bought one since it had all the features i was looking for.. that one didnt work. Just an overpriced fan since the compressor wouldnt turn on. Returned it and bought another figuring it was a one off defect... well the second one didnt work either. Error eh60 immediately which meant the indoor temperature sensor was malfunctioning. Ran it for awhile anyway debating if it was worth looking into fixing it.. and within the 20 minutes i had it cooling the floor underneath was damp! It was leaking. Needless to say i returned it too. Dont waste your time just look for a different brand. So unbelievably disappointing and a huge hassle/waste of time.Ver másVer menos

I can see what the rating is so low. I didn’t bother trying the wifi connectivity because I was already put off by this. The room this was in was 200 sq ft and this was rated as a good option up to 350 sq ft. I closed the doors and blocked any air gaps and made sure to seal the window exhaust set up so no air leaked. I wish that I liked it more but I didn’t. The air feels cool and not cold. And despite running this for hours, it couldn’t bring the room to 71 degrees. It must have been running the entire night. I only caught a couple of times on sleep mode where it briefly quieted down (because it woke me when it did). I got this as an alternative to cooling the entire house at night but I think what will end up happening is this will just be an added cost because it’s really not as good as I’d like. I had a Midea 5,000 BTU window unit in a 275 sq ft room that put this 8,000 BTU to shame. Maybe it’s because I’m in North Texas? Literally the room that it was meant to cool has a patio cover on that half of the house blocking light and providing shade. For the price, this unit is too much to just sit with the purchase and be dissatisfied. The other thing is that with the length of this hose and the set up, it makes the drain unreasonable. The hose can’t reach very far and you’ll need an extension to rig up a gravity loop if you want to rig it to drain outside to avoid ALWAYS needing to drain it. Your alternative is to elevate the unit or have a bucket large enough to accommodate the condensate. I attached a photo of how much water it produced after running it for 6 hours set at 71 degrees. I ended up returning the unit.Ver másVer menos

Cold, easy set up
Easy set up our home gym. It blows really cold and cools a 12x32 portable shed very easily. Has a remote for easy controls. Not noisy. Great value.

1 month review: Works well but has drawbacks.
It works very well to cool a space but two things made me dislike it, and it is not the air conditioner’s fault.1) It can produce gallons of water.2) It can ruin the comfort of the rest of your home.Background info: I am working nightshift one month and dayshift one month. I purchased it for sleeping during the day when it is too hot to run my central HVAC at 68°F and it is nearly 100°F outside. I live in south eastern USA. I live about 35 miles inland from the coast of the Atlantic Ocean where humidity is frequently 80-90% outside and can reach into the high 60s in my home.First explanation; as it cools my bedroom to 65°F it separates a gallon (3.9L) of water from the air (360 sq. ft./bedroom). That is a literal statement. I am not exaggerating and I measured it. It is so much moister that the evaporative cooling mode sends me an alert in the app that it is having trouble keeping up. So, I put a bucket out and use the drainage hose. It made a WORLD of difference. It cools my room in about 30 minutes (from 74° to 66°) and it makes half the noise it made when doing its self evaporation. (It can run without a drain it just wasn’t working well enough for my needs.) It is cool crisp dry air in my room and I sleep like a baby for 8 hours. When I wake up, there’s about 4 gallons of water (15.6L) in a 5 gallon bucket. You may be thinking, ‘there’s no way your 360 sq. ft. bedroom had that much humidity in 8 hours.’You’d be correct; and my second issue is this unit blows so much air out of the window that it is sucking hot humid air into my home. As it blows hot, humid, uncomfortable air out of the window it is pulling air into my room from the rest of my home and by extension it is drawing air into the house. It makes the rest of my home uncomfortable. My HVAC ran for 5 of the 8 hours I slept while set to ECO (78°F). Also the air it has now vacuumed into the house is humid and hot, making it separate more water from the air and thus producing a bucket of water. I am sure this is my older homes fault for not being properly sealed. But it is taking a toll on my electricity use and the rest of my family has noticed the toll it has taken on my home’s interior air quality.If I could do it over again, I would but a window unit or a mini-split and call it day!TL;DR: It works fantastic for a room, but is only efficient/cost effective under the right circumstances.

This machine has been in use for over a week. Very satisfied. First of all, its sound is very soft. It's especially quiet when sleeping at night. Then it can cool the room very quickly. Its scope is very large. Finally, its installation is very simple. The machine is also equipped with wheels under it, making it very convenient to move.
