Great Electric Scooter!
I’m very happy with this electric scooter! It was easy to assemble and is very simple to use. The ride is smooth, the brakes work well, and the battery lasts a good amount of time. I also love the pink color—it looks even better in person! It folds easily, which makes it convenient to store and carry. Overall, it feels sturdy and well-made. please read if your thinking about getting this scooter. lowkey don’t listen to the bad reviews this scooter is the best thing i’ve purchased i love it!!! it goes so fast and battery lasts sooo long!!! like 4-5 hours and only takes 3 hours to fully charge fasted ive gone on it was 30 mph it’s great size too! definitely worth buying and ridding it is smooth not shaky or anything , and the breaks work good and the light is bright for night! and folds supper easy for taking it places definitely get it!!!Ver másVer menos

ZERO Warranty on this scooter.
Werhy H5 stopped working after 2 months of use well within the 1 year warranty. Showed a wrench, and a “01” and left a saucer sized pile of black soot on the concrete. After contacting the seller/manufacturer out of Germany, (this took many days of them slow playing the correspondence) they agreed it was defective and wanted to send me parts to replace what they felt was defect. This would require complete disassemble of the machine. I requested an authorized repair service as I’m not a small engine repair person…. non existent in the US. They then agreed to send a replacement scooter, asking for my personal information. I gave them my name and address. They then said they will give me the shipment/tracking info as soon as they ship then went dark. That was days ago. I have been in contact with Amazon the entire time. First Amazon agreed to provide a refund on a A to Z claim. Without telling me Amazon denied that claim without explanation, saying I can appeal…..but providing no way to do so. Seller is still dark….and Amazon last correspondence was to send the seller another message and told me to wait a couple more days. The seller/manufacturer and Amazon are not only slow playing the issue, they are not standing behind the warranty.Ver másVer menos

What I wanted
I got this to make getting around a little easier and I honestly use it more than I wanted to, It has plenty of power and it feels smooth to ride and the battery easily lasts through my daily trips and I was also surprised by how it was built, it feels solid and actually good for the price to be honest. Its easy to fold and is not that heavy to be honest. The brakes are great and the app was simple to set up and I haven't had any issue so far. Every time I ride I am happy that I got this instead of the other expensive optionsVer másVer menos

Power ride!
It was a gift for a daughter, she loves it! Good value of money. Durable! Good for kids to go out and play outside the house.
