Very Nice. No more marks from socks!
Do you go to the store and buy diabetic socks... but even though feel tight on your calves? My husband has that problem, so.i bought him these. He absolutely loves them! They fit, barely roll down, and are totally non-binding. No more marks. Grippers are decent for rehab too. We are both happy with this purchase. No compression. Seems durable enough, seam is on the outside. Thin but not too thin. Decent cushion.Ver másVer menos

Comfortable socks that are perfect for those who need socks that stretch for swelling in the calves!
My mother has lymphedema, and finding comfortable socks is a real struggle. She was recently hospitalized with blisters on her legs that needed to be treated. The blisters were covered with bandages, and the legs were wrapped in gauze bandages. Trying to keep the gauze bandages in place was nearly impossible, as you couldn't apply tape to the bare skin to keep them in place. I found these socks on Amazon, purchased them, and they have changed our lives!The socks are very generous, enabling me to pull them up over her calves, even with the bulky bandages. They have grippy bottoms, which are a huge help; in the hospital and even at home, she doesn't need additional slippers. Even when her legs are wrapped in Ace bandages during the day over the gauze, these socks stretch to cover the calves completely.I was concerned that these wouldn't hold up in the wash, but I didn't need to worry, as they washed beautifully, even after I had thrown them into the dryer. As I want them to last, I am now hanging them dry. Initially, I was worried that this would make them stiff and uncomfortable, but they remained soft.I'm thrilled to have discovered these. My mother really likes them as well, as they don't look like 'diabetic socks.' They look like any sock, and the fact that the seam is on the outside of the sock has made them even more gentle on my mother's feet.Ver másVer menos

GREAT SOCKS!
These socks are a god send! My husband has edema in his legs and feet and socks are so hard to put on him! These are very generous in size and they have a lot of give. They go on SO easily! They also launder nicely.

Fantastic for larger folks
I have purchased these several times. Absolutely love them. My husband is in a wheelchair and his legs tend to swell, other compression socks were too tight around his calf, but these are truly comfortable. A little pricey, but worth it. They hold up well too.Ver másVer menos

Very good socks, but falsely advertised as 100% cotton
One of the main reasons I purchased these socks is because the product details advertise that the socks are 100% cotton. Upon opening the box, the socks did not feel like 100% cotton - and the back of the box confirmed they are not 100% cotton. On the box is stated, “Compsition: 86% polyester, 11% cotton, 3% elastile”. I considered returning the socks. I ended up keeping them because these are the only “extra wide’ socks that are indeed adequately “extra wide” - so hard for me to find - all other brands I tried were never wide enough for my calves.What I like about these socks: they are truly “extra wide”; they are comfortably soft and keep my feet cozy warm; inverted toe seam (I never before realized how nice that is); they are (for the most part) non-binding - the socks do leave a faint dent-line just above the ankle where the stitching changes, but the dent is much, much less than any other brand I have tried; the material continues to wear well after months of usage (other diabetic “extra wide” socks I have had did not last as long).What I don’t like about these socks: the false advertising that they were 100% cotton (they are not!); and although not as quickly as all other brands I have tried, the cuffs do slowly roll and slide down.Ver másVer menos

Extra extra large slipper socks
My husband had monster swelling in his legs. There was nothing his foot/calf fit into. These slipper socks were the only thing that fit. They have good rubber anti slip and anti fall on the sole. They are very nice and soft. They slipped right on over the swelling and didn’t cut into his calf. I washed them in cold water and hung them to dry. They kept their shape beautifully. He has been wearing them daily for 10 weeks. I highly recommend these socks.Ver másVer menos
