Excellent mat. It is very comfortable and thick, offering good cushioning for the knees and elbows. It doesn't slip easily and includes a carrying strap, making it very practical. Very good quality and highly recommended.

The 1in thick is super nice. Provides enough padding to help make using it not miserable. it stays in place really well and doesn't slide all over the floor when your exercising.
