  Get the rest you deserve

  Delicious, and effective. Satisfied my sweet treat night cap. Makes me relaxed and its easy to fall asleep. I make it with hot water and cool it off with a splash of soy milk.

  Excellent Product

  Thank you for having this product. Decided to get a travel sampler pack to test out the different flavors of this; and they all taste great! Love it. This is a great value for the money well spent. The ingredients are good quality ingredients. Been using it for a week; and can start to feel the difference with better rested sleep. Definitely thankful to find such a great product with great taste; and easy to mix. The powder is very soluble; and works really well. Definitely will be buying more of it!Ver másVer menos

  Delicious and functional

  I generally stay away from anything with melatonin because I have to wake up at 1 am for work and I’m scared I’ll oversleep. I ordered this after hearing an ad from SRS and wow. The chocolate chip cookie is literally the best flavor, it tastes just like a warm cookie fresh out of the over melting in your mouth! But I fall asleep and stay asleep and feel well rested, but not groggy when I get up from work. I have an Ōura ring and my sleep score (latency and efficiency) is always higher when I take Beam.   Not quite the product for better sleep...at least for me!

  The Beam dream sleep powder helps me get to sleep faster than if I don't take it, but it does not keep me asleep through the night. I enjoy it in 6 oz of warm almond milk. It does not leave a groggy feeling in the morning, so that's a positive. The brownie batter is my favorite flavor. Since it's a bit pricey, I will continue to look for another product for better sleep.Ver másVer menos

  If you have aspartame or artificial sweetener reactions , avoid this!!!!!

  I desperately wish I could report that this cocoa was a dream in a cup. It did work and I slept very well for almost 6 hours. It mixes up well and tastes great! It’s a little pricey but everything is these days.I’m sure you hear the ‘but’ looming in the review and you are right.Let me preface this with I have known /BAD/ reactions to aspartame and a few other lab concocted sweeteners. With this being reputed to be more natural and not containing artificial sweeteners I had hoped this would be safe. Even reading the packaging it seemed without the warning signs that usually indicate trouble.Oh how wrong I was. I woke about 6 hours after taking it to the starting of a headache and a queasy stomach then spent the next 36 hours with a migraine that not even Nurtec could touch and vomiting at even the thought of water much less food. It was so much of a horrific situation that my husband threw out the rest of the box just on the off chance it might get confused with safe cocoa.I had such high hopes for this product. So many of my friends love it and it has such good ingredients, but either something is unlisted or there are some traces of synthetics in there. Either way, if you are in any way sensitive to Aspartame or traces of formaldehyde common in artificial sweetener manufacturing, don’t take a chance. It took me two days to hold down food again and almost a week to fully recover from the headaches. Bad bad bad stuff.Ver másVer menos
