One of Zep's best consumer products, such a cost-effective cleaner
This is quite simply the best glass cleaner, period. There is no debate to be had. Other positions are indefensible. You only need one wipe through of it to get glass crystal clear. Unless it's extremely dirty, like a bathroom mirror you haven't washed in 4 weeks, and then two spray/wipe cycles will do it.In fact, there aren't many surfaces that can't be easily cleaned with this stuff. Flat-top stoves. Stainless steel appliances. Counter tops. Tile floors. I never use anything other than Zep Glass Cleaner on my floors. It doesn't leave sticky residue and it is SUPER effective at lifting dirt quickly.Added bonus for the kitchen: the ammonia in this dissolves a lot of animal fats. Bacon grease on the stove? Soak it with this for 30 seconds. It'll wipe up like water. To be fair, that's moreso about the ammonia content than the fact it's Zep, but my point remains: this stuff is great for nearly everything.Best part of it all... it's cheap! Like, CHEAP cheap. This 2-pack was ~$16 last I ordered it, which is $8/gallon. Windex? Yeah that's gonna cost you four times as much, and it'll work less effectively.I've tried the ammonia free versions (Zep and others), but I honestly hate them. There's just something special about good ole' ammonia-based glass cleaner. Some people don't like the smell, but I actually think it's pretty mellow. I can saturate a surface with this and it's not overpowering. And I'm generally very sensitive to smells, gives me a headache.Zep is and has been a trusted name in our household for a long time, and also on the commercial/industrial side in my shop. It is very rare we are ever disappointed with their products. It feels like we go through these almost as often as gallons of milk, and I don't think that's changing anytime soon, or ever.Ver másVer menos
