Taste good, not chalky
My doctor recommended taking creatine, The options seemed to be powders or gummies. No matter what they promise, most protein/health powders don't dissolve, have unpleasant tastes, even when flavored and are gritty or chalky. Also, they need to be prepared. Boo. Gummies are more expensive per gram of creatine, but they are clearly more convenient and potentially hide the chalkiness in the gummy. These gummies are very highly rated and made in the USA in a cGMP-certified facility. In addition, they are third party tested and come with a code for instant Certificate of Analysis verification. So, these are not the cheapest, but you know you are getting quality and no weird heavy metals. I chose the raspberry flavor, mostly because the mango and lemon/lime flavors were less popular. The gummies are medium firm, not sticky, but not hard. Four gummies is 5g of creatine. The artificial raspberry flavor is as you would expect, with a little after taste, but nothing off putting. Only time will tell if creatine will work for me, but that won't be the fault of the product, as I know exactly what I am getting.Ver másVer menos
