Unheard of sound quality at this price point and array of features

Can't believe the quality of sound coming out of this very small, lightweight, inexpensive speaker! Stunning. Set-up took a few minutes and love that I could pair it with another JBL speaker. Waterproof to boot and 10 hours between re-charges! Am a longtime Sonos and Bose speaker owner but this little thing is mind-blowing from classical to rock to hip-hop. Not sure why but also enjoy having this kind sound quality right next to me. Highly recommend.Ver másVer menos

  Excellent!

Excellent sound quality for such a small speaker. Bluetooth connectivity is so easy. Easy to use this speaker but wish you didn't have to use app to turn off the flashing lights effect! Charges quickly. Looks great!I love it!

  Good sound and battery life

Great little speaker, has good sounds for the size. Bass is lacking a bit but that was expected for the size. You can adjust light settings and equalizer in the app. Previously JBL speakers had different connection capabilities with other speakers, depending on the speaker line, but now they are all on “Auracast” which is nice. The battery life was surprisingly good, lasted an entire week long trip for me with periodic daily use.Ver másVer menos

A small speaker with a large sound.

Great sound, actually fantastic. Easy to take anywhere. After using this item, the value for the money I paid was a plus.

  The David that Slayed Goliath

The JBL GO 5 is a Powerful little speaker. I unboxed this powerful little thing and was blown away by the deep bass and the richness of the highs and the mids. With all the feature it has the seven band equalizer was the most impactful, with that you can dial in the perfect balance to your liking. So this speaker can be carried on your person with a D clip or it fit in a backpack. Now with its waterproof and drop proof abilities it will last for a long time. I also campared this speaker to slightly larger ones and it was comparable if not better. I love the smallness and portability of it and large sound and deep lows. It slays speakers twice its size.Ver másVer menos

  Great portable speaker.

Great sound quality, easy to use and set up, can be paired with other JBL speakers easily, light weight, good volume range. Slightly bigger then the Go 4 but just as good if not a bit better the lights can be turned off thru the JBL app or change to a few other patterns. Battery last for about 8 to 9 hours. I usually have mine clipped on to my pants at work so I can say they are pretty durable as I walk and move alot at work in all weather conditions.Ver másVer menos

  JBL Go 5

Amazing speaker for size. Love the bass and portability. Only complaints are could come with a charging cable. It warns you on Amazon. And second complaint is has several light settings. But no way to turn off the blinking light. Neither is a deal breaker as love this speaker. JBL does it again.Ver másVer menos

  Soild little speaker

This thing is amazing for the size. I had and older portable jbl that went MIA so needed to replace it. I tested a comparable sized bose and to be honest at most listened levels this was pretty much as good ... not exactly as good but it's like half the price for 90% of the boses performance. The lights on it are customized in the app, neat but really not a huge sell point to me but it may be for you. These are definitely a good buy for something small, portable and sound good.Ver másVer menos
