  16 grams of protein is for a WHOLE cookie, which is also 14 grams of fat and nearly 500 calories

  These cookies are absolutely delicious... BUT, be careful. One cookie is TWO servings and nearly 500 calories. The 16 grams of protein listed on the package are for an entire cookie, which also means 14 grams of fat and 68 grams carbs. They are a solid and moist cookie though.   GREAT to not spike blood sugar but keeps you going until a better next meal

  SEEMS to be low glycemic when a grab and go Breakfast or meal replacement on Hikes to keep going that next few miles to the campsite. Tasty with hot tea or even coffee too, forget the tea bisquets however those UK brits spelt that.

  Healthy cookies. They are heavy and high in calories. I can eat a half cookie for lunch and then I'm good til dinner.
