One of the Best Purchases We’ve Made for Our Son – Amazing Goal & Exceptional Customer Service!
Absolutely Amazing Basketball Goal and Outstanding Customer Service!I rarely write product reviews, but this one absolutely deserves it!I purchased the AWII SPORT Portable Basketball Goal for my son, and it has quickly become one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. From the moment we set it up, he was completely hooked. In fact, he loves it so much that he wants to shoot hoops from the time he wakes up until the time he goes to bed. My wife and I were shocked when he started getting dressed independently in the mornings just so he could get outside earlier and play basketball. At night, we actually have to remind him to stop because we’re worried he’ll keep the neighbors awake with all the excitement!The assembly process was incredibly easy and straightforward. We had it put together in no time. Unfortunately, before I properly weighted the base, we experienced a very strong gust of wind that knocked the goal over. The fall caused the rim to bend, which was completely my fault and not a defect in the product.This is where AWII SPORT truly impressed me. I contacted customer service expecting to purchase a replacement part, but the representative was beyond kind, professional, and helpful. They listened to my situation and sent me a replacement rim completely free of charge! In today’s world, that level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition.The goal itself is sturdy, looks great, and has provided countless hours of fun and exercise for my son. More importantly, it has motivated him to be active, spend more time outdoors, and develop a love for the game of basketball.Because of both the excellent product and the exceptional customer support, I am planning to purchase four more of these basketball goals for family members.
