Relaxing & soothing
I’ve really enjoyed using these Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes. They dissolve quickly and leave the bath feeling silky without any strong fragrance. After soaking for about 20 minutes, I felt noticeably more relaxed, and my muscles felt less tense.I also appreciate that they’re an Epsom salt alternative, especially if you’re looking to add magnesium to your self-care routine. The 1.65 lb bag is a great size for trying the product or taking on a trip. I’ll definitely be purchasing a larger bag next time. These magnesium bath flakes have become one of my favorite ways to unwind after a long day. They dissolve quickly in warm water and leave me feeling so relaxed. My muscles feel less tense, and I always feel refreshed after soaking.I love that they're made with pure Zechstein magnesium chloride, and the resealable bag makes them easy to store between uses. A little goes a long way, so the bag lasts longer than I expected.If you're looking for a relaxing bath soak that's a great alternative to traditional Epsom salts, I highly recommend these. Game Changing Magnesium Bath Flakes
Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes is a game changer for everyone, not just athletes.This product is a great way to absorb magnesium through your skin in a bath soak or via creating your own DIY magnesium spray bottle. I like the Magnesium Oil that Ancient Minerals also offers (you can find that product here: https://a.co/d/04dj1kNl) but dissolving these magnesium flakes in distilled water will do the same job if you're looking for savings.I use these magnesium flakes strictly for bath soaks. The calming sensation and relaxing of muscles is very noticeable when I use warm/hot water in my bathtub and soak for 15+ minutes. This helps me sleep considerably easier, both by falling asleep quicker and staying asleep longer though the night.*Disclaimer* If you have any open sores or cuts, this product will burn in those areas a bit as this is a salt, even in a tub of water. I consider this feeling a "healing" feeling but it's not going to be comfortable for everyone as a forewarning.Roughly 50% of the entire population doesn't get enough magnesium. This is an easy way to absorb magnesium without having to ingest magnesium orally which can cause digestive discomfort if you take too much, which is easy to do if you don't know how much magnesium you have consumed that day already.For women that read this review, this product is supposed to help with menstrual cramps. I am not a woman so I'm not well-versed to say from experienced whether that is true or not, but it seems like it would be a low-cost way to solve that issue at a minimum.This is my favorite brand of magnesium bath flakes, and I will continue to purchase these. Relax unwind - this stuff works.
Amazing this stuff works. I soak my feet 30 mins and it reduces swelling on my ankle bone. I climb 4 floors all day long for work. I typically get some off brand from big box stores. This is the real magnesium. Remember to rinse your feet afterwards to avoid any mild mineral sting (normal). 57 years old. When I use this prior to bed approx 1 hr it relaxes me and I can sleep the whole night through. Can’t speak about a bath in this heavenly stuff as I don’t have a bath tub currently.Ver másVer menos

Helpful muscle relief and sleep
I began using ancient minerals magnesium several years ago. It dissolves extremely well. It helps with sore muscle left and leaves my skin feeling silky. It aids in relaxation and sleep

Dissolves quickly when bathing
This was my first time using Ancient Minerals Bath Flakes and I must say it was a nice experience. The ancient mineral magnesium chloride flakes offer a soothing and elemental bath soak experience. This flake magnesium dissolves quickly and leaves no residue. It left my skin feeling refreshed after every soak, helping to relax sore muscles after a long day. It is fragrance free so it doesn't smell like perfume. It is thicker than traditional bath salts. The bag to me is smaller and cost a little more than an equivalent magnesium bath salt flake would cost.Ver másVer menos
