Finally! A Full Face Cream Palette even I can use!
I've seen many costly cream palettes making their way around the YouTube circuit. As they were all out of my price range, I was so excited when Laura Geller launched this product. The coverage is just enough color to look bright eyed and bushy tailed. Just a dot of complimenting color here or there and I'm out the door in five. Very light weight, non-sticky, and easily blends. Fantastic formulas, beautiful results, absolutely indispensable palette!
As a middle aged woman with maturing skin, I have truly come to rely on Laura Geller makeup to help me feel beautiful as I age out of having what people call “young skin.” I refuse to give up looking glamorous just because I’m over forty, and Laura Geller consistently delivers products that work with my skin instead of against it.I have always struggled with cream products. Historically, my skin just does not accept cream or liquid formulas well, especially over powder foundation. I own and love Laura Geller’s baked foundations, so I was honestly nervous about how the cream blush, bronzer, and highlighter in this palette would perform over powder. I absolutely did not need to worry!These creams are phenomenal! They blended so easily over my powder foundation without disturbing it at all. The formulas are smooth, buildable, and incredibly forgiving. It was effortless to build up color gradually, and everything melted together seamlessly. The result was the most gorgeous, lit from within glow I have ever achieved and I was SO excited the first time I did a full face with this palette, I ran out of the bathroom after playing around with it to go show my family how good it looked at ten at night lol. My skin looked radiant, healthy, and honestly years younger. This palette has immediately become absolutely indispensable in my routine.The eye shadows lean a bit more neutral than I typically prefer since I love bold color and sparkle, but they make the perfect polished base. They give my eyes that professionally done look, and I can always layer a pop of glitter or a brighter shade on top. That versatility is actually a huge strength and that professional base helps keep my more colorful eyes from looking like a child playing with face paint. It looks intentional and beautiful rather than over the top and I love that.I also deeply appreciate the detailed instructions included in the box. The guidance on placement and technique makes it approachable for beginners while still being helpful for those of us who are refining our skills. It’s never too late to learn better technique, and this palette truly empowers you to feel like your own makeup artist.I am so grateful for a brand that does not dismiss older women but instead formulates products that celebrate and enhance maturing skin for what it is. Laura Geller continues to prove that glamour has no age limit. I cannot recommend this palette highly enough. This palette is absolutely worth every penny of the price point. I've been using Laura Geller's baked foundation, blush and lip oils for about a year. I've enjoyed her brushes and other tools as well so I thought I'd give this cream palette a try. This truly is an all-in-one palette. It includes cream eyeshadows, blush, bronzer, highlighter, and lip creams, which makes getting ready so much easier. I love having everything in one compact, perfect for everyday use or travel.The cream formulas are the real standout for me. They melt right into my skin instead of sitting on top of it, and they blend effortlessly with fingers or a brush. On mature skin, powders can sometimes emphasize dryness or fine lines, but these creams feel hydrating and look smooth, natural, and flattering. The finish is fresh and polished without feeling heavy and they work well with the baked powder foundation.The shades are thoughtfully arranged and easy to work with. I can create a soft daytime look in just a few minutes, and the tones complement my skin beautifully without looking overly bold or harsh. The colors go on light and are buildable for more coverage making going from a daytime look to an evening look super easy.If you have mature skin and prefer makeup that feels comfortable, hydrating, and easy to apply, this palette is definitely worth trying. It simplifies my routine while still giving me a complete, put-together look. At the time that I ordered this the price was significantly higher than it is now. At the current price point this is an excellent deal for a full face palette.
