So easy to use
I’m not the most girly girl and strive to be but I struggle so any product that makes steps easier, I’m all about. THIS!! This is an amazing product and makes curls SO easy! I made 3 perfect curls with this curler in the amount of time it takes me to make one curl with an “old fashion” curler. The value is worth every penny for the simplicity, ease and time I save! Doesn’t take long for it to warm up and the fan lets you know it’s ready! Highly recommended this for anyone who struggles curling their hair!Ver másVer menos

No air flow!
It’s marketed as having air flow. I’ve ordered three of them across 2 different platforms to avoid ordering from the same warehouse and am having to return all 3. I thought, at first, it was user error or a defective product but the issue has persisted across three different ones. I truly just think it’s false advertising. The barrel is VERY hot to the touch outside, even with the advertised air flow. No air comes out of the holes, and it does not set curls.I’ve never been more disappointed.Ver másVer menos

easy to use and heats up fast!
I kept on seeing this auto-curler on tiktok so i decided to try it out. I was actually pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to use! There is definitely a learning curve to it, but after watching a few of the tutorials on sheglam's IG, I was able to get it down eventually.It heats up super fast, probably within 2 minutes, to be honest. The description says that you can curl your whole head within 5 minutes, but i have super long and thick hair that goes down the middle of my back, so curling definitely took more than 5 minutes, probably around 30 minutes. BUT, that's still way faster than how long it usually takes me with a regular hair curler. Plus, my hair didn't get stuck or tangled within the chamber, which was a plus. My hair always got stuck with other tools.I was able to wear the curls for about 2 -3 days before the curls started to fall and revert to straight hair. I think the cool air thing helped, but I'm not really sure of the science behind it.Overall, I think the quality of the product is pretty good! It's definitely easy to use (after some trial and error) and it curled my hair well. I'm not sure how it would work with short-haired girlies, but with the length of my hair, it was great. I wish i took a picture so i'll prob update my review once i curl my hair again!Ver másVer menos

3 Stars – Left My Hair Frizzy, Dry, and Didn’t Hold Curls
I wanted to love this because the concept is great, but it just wasn’t the right fit for my hair type. I have thick, coarse, frizz-prone wavy/curly hair and usually style with a traditional curling iron. I prefer more defined, longer-lasting glam curls with a lot of volume.This gave me softer blowout-style waves rather than the tighter curls I was hoping for. The curls looked nice at first, but they didn’t hold the way a regular curling iron does on my hair. I also found the airflow styling process harder to work with than expected — especially compared to the speed and control I’m used to with a standard curling iron.One of my biggest issues was that my hair did not look shiny afterward. It actually became very frizzy, dry-looking, and rough feeling, especially by the second day. My ends also felt slightly burnt or over-dried even though the tool is marketed as being gentler than traditional heat styling. I think my coarse hair needed more tension and smoothing than this tool could provide.I do think this would work better for someone with finer hair or someone who prefers softer, bouncy blowout curls over more defined glam curls. It also might be better for people who enjoy styling damp hair and learning air-styling techniques.Pros:- Less harsh feeling than a traditional iron initially- Nice volume and softness at first- Pretty blowout-style finish- Good concept overallCons:- Didn’t give me enough hold- Curls fell faster on my coarse hair- Hair became frizzy instead of smooth- Lacked shine- Ends felt over-dried/burnt- Learning curve was bigger than expected- Didn’t replace a regular curling iron for meOverall I’d say it’s a decent tool, just not ideal for my hair type or preferred style. Curls don't last at all
I wanted to love this. I was so drawn in by all the social media videos and couldn't wait to try this tool out.My hair is coarse and thick. Typically it curls best with a flat iron or a wand.Pros:- looks and feels high quality, if a little weighty- wide temperature range- creates beautiful curls once you get the hang of itCons:- curls do not last, at least for my hair type. Even with hair spray, pin curls, rollers. Takes less than an hour for the curls to completely fall out.- fries my ends, even at the lowest temperature. I ended up having to trim my ends because the fried hair smell was too much.- there is a notable learning curve- the fan doesn't blow cool air (at least on my device)I really wanted to love this hair tool.
