Fresh breath, clean teeth
This mouthwash makes my mouth feel fresh and clean it does a great job with whitening as well. I wasn’t too sure about the taste but it’s pretty mild but is different than most mouthwashes. I really do like it.

Game changer for periodontal EDS. Worth every penny.
I scrolled across this product on social media & decided to buy through Amazon. Seriously, this is an incredible product & I'll be putting it on autoship once I figure out how long it takes me to get through this first bottle.Although I have not been diagnosed with periodontal EDS yet, I'm seeing a specialist who will know about this rare form & will be able to confirm or rule it out. Since getting my second set of braces (as an adult) my dental health has been nothing but issues after getting them off. My teeth continue to move and break every set of retainers my knowledgeable ortho makes for me.I've never had issues until now, and now my teeth are hyper mobile. I'm doing everything I can to save the integrity of my real teeth which includes regular brushing, more flossing, and everything inbetween.My orthodontist is now having me come in every 3m for cleaning instead of the standard 6m.When I saw the gunk people were claiming this product flushes out, I decided to try it...and they aren't kidding.Now, you won't always get junk left over, but most of the time when I rinse with this, I have a bunch of floating debris. Relieved to have it now, but I think about all the junk over 37y which has just stayed between my teeth after thinking they are clean.The taste isn't the best, but it isn't the worst, either. And personally, I don't care because the product works. It also doesn't burn like mouthwash containing alcohol.All it takes is a tiny capful. The bottle should last a long time. I will try to upload a photo, but just know results are better than the photo gives it credit for - and absolutely, my teeth are whiter which is awesome.Ver másVer menos

It works. Really.
Okay, I was skeptical but this stuff really works! I don’t know how but it does. The brown stuff that initially came out was gross. It gets less and less each time you use it. I went on a vacation and didn’t bring this because I didn’t have a travel size. I noticed a difference. When I returned and starting using it again, more brown stuff than previously which, again, reduced each day I used it. It’s expensive but clearly it works. My breath feels fresher and my mouth cleaner overall. I don’t what sorcery this is but I’m going to keep using it.Ver másVer menos

I've been using Hismile ID Whitening mouthwash since I bought it as part of my daily oral hygiene routine, and overall, I've had a fairly positive experience with the product. The first thing I noticed is that it has a pleasant flavor; it's not as harsh as other mouthwashes, but it does tingle a little. As for the whitening effect, it's not an immediate or miraculous change, but you do notice a deeper clean after several uses. My teeth feel fresher and look slightly more polished when I use it consistently.As an area for improvement, I think the whitening results are gradual, so it's not a product for those looking for quick changes in just a few days, nor is it like the videos I've seen that claim it removes a lot of things from the mouth. I feel like this product does get rid of the gunk that other mouth washes don't. It is already brown which some reviews will not tell you. It does give you a more sense of fresh breathe than others as well. It doesn't contain alcohol but it still stings a little.Ver másVer menos

Very expensive, and also not wholly accurate in terms of what it says it does...A Gentle Reality Check - While these types of mouthwashes are marketed to make it look like you are spitting out massive chunks of hidden plaque and "gunk" your toothbrush missed, it is largely a clever cosmetic chemistry trick. The vast majority of the clumps you see in the sink are just your own healthy saliva proteins reacting to the acid, rather than pure bacterial buildup. It is definitely visually satisfying, but you aren't actually pulling mountains of plaque off your teeth!The Science of the "Clump"The Main Actor (Citric Acid): Your saliva is full of naturally occurring proteins—specifically mucins—that keep your mouth lubricated and healthy. When you introduce a concentrated dose of citric acid, it rapidly lowers the pH level in your mouth.The Reaction (Coagulation): This sudden, highly acidic environment denatures (unfolds and breaks down) those salivary proteins. Once denatured, the proteins bind together and coagulate.The Result: Those coagulated proteins, mixed with microscopic dead skin cells and some loose oral debris, form the stringy, solid "clumps" you spit out.The Supporting CastSodium Phytate: This is a chelating agent, meaning it is engineered to bind to minerals like calcium (which is abundant in saliva and plaque).
