fitspur Waterproof Hydroknit replacement wrist band, improvement over whoop 5.0 band
The original black knit Whoop band that came with my 5.0 device was constantly getting sopping wet from daily chores, washing hands, working out. (Gross.) So, I ordered this thinking that I could switch it out when it gets wet. Also, the grey / gold was more my style than the orig black knit one. I was pleasantly surprised when this came. Its a big improvement over the original band. The metal clasp is a stronger metal. My Whoop strap, the clasp bent out of shape and fell off the first time I was putting it on, and I had to squeeze it back into shape for it to stay on the device. This metal is more substantial. Another good thing was that the band for this one seems to be shorter than the original. This is good for me, because its less material to double over, leading to less bulk, and less fabric to absorb wetness, and act as a sponge. Finally, when I went to wash my hands after I installed this strap, the water splashes bubbled up and did not absorb into the fabric of the band. I was able to brush them off. I have had this strap on for a couple of days and have not noticed it being uncomfortably wet ONCE! Great job, fitspur. This is a good product for a reasonable price. I am planning on buying another one for back up / for when I wash this.Ver másVer menos
