Bayonet Style Tire Inflator With Useful Extras
The main piece in the kit is a bayonet style tire inflator with a pressure gauge and a short flexible hose. The hose helps with positioning on the valve stem without having to line everything up perfectly. Once connected to an air compressor, squeezing the handle sends air into the tire while the gauge needle moves to show the pressure as it changes. The metal body has some weight to it, and the layout looks similar to the style often seen hanging on hoses at tire service counters. I like this style of inflator, and it works well for filling tires while keeping an eye on the pressure at the same time.Several smaller items come packed alongside it. Two sets of valve stem caps are included, one plastic set and another set with a chrome look. Four replacement valve cores are also in the kit, along with a small four way tool used to remove or install them. There is also a separate air chuck that locks onto a valve stem so air can flow through the compressor line without needing to hold it in place. Most of the pieces are the kind of items that might sit unused for long stretches, though it is still nice having them together in one kit in case they are needed.Ver másVer menos

Great inflator, well built with everything you need to get started.
It seems like the components don't come tightened from the factory, but that is not a big deal whatsoever, especially since it comes with a roll of Teflon tape. This unit is very durable and surprisingly well built for its price. The valving seems to work perfectly and the integrated gauge works as expected.I don't know if it's just the one I recieved, but the gauge does seem to be loose up until the first mark at 10 psi, but the gauge doesn't seem to be too far off compared to the other gauges I use. This kit does come with a lot of extras! One thing to note: it comes with 8 valve stem caps. 4 black, and 4 chrome. The chrome ones are NOT metal. They are just chromed plastic. Other than that, this tool is great!Ver másVer menos
