  Great sun shield that fits and works great

  There is a lot to choose from in the sun shade market. I am sure that a truly custom fit and super insulting is out there but it’s not necessary when you can get This one for a good value. The advantages are it is light weight, folds down to a small size and reflects heat as best is possible. Folding it up to put it away is a little tricky which is why they help you with video instructions. It takes some practice but pretty soon you’ll get it down reasonably quick and it becomes compact enough to slide under a seat, on a flour board or seat pocket.   Great, affordable sunshade to escape the h*llish heat!

  My car does not have a/c; and my work parking lot has NO shade at all. My car would be BOILING when I'd enter it at 4:30. This sunshade works so well! It covers my windshield completely. I think it is so easy and quick to set up. I don't bother with fastening to the rearview mirror, my visors hold it in place well enough. Folding it into the circle shape takes a few times to get the hang of it and it fits well into the carrying pouch. I would buy this again in a heartbeat if I had to!Ver másVer menos

  Compact, Easy to Store, and Fits My Escape Well

  I had been using one of those hard accordion-style sunshades for years, and it worked great until one corner started to bend and rip. When I searched for a replacement that would fit my 2014 Ford Escape, this one came up. I liked the idea that it folds down small enough to stash in a back seat pocket, and I no longer have to wrestle a giant sunshade around whenever I have passengers.It's easy to pop open and fold closed. The storage bag even has a QR code that appears to link to a folding tutorial. I didn't watch it since I used a similar shade years ago and still remembered the technique, but it's nice that the option is there.The fit is good overall. The Velcro opening around the rearview mirror is a little annoying, and I can see myself giving up on using that before long. You also need to take a second to tuck the corners in place to get the best coverage, which is another step some people will probably skip.Those minor complaints aside, this has been a great upgrade for me.   It does the job. Mostly.

  This is advertised as being specifically for the the 8th generation Corvette, and it does actually fit under the large windshield. But it doesn't fit exceptionally well. It leaves gaps in the lower corners and the upper edge doesn't really fit the space. There is a velcro strap designed to go around the rear view mirror mount, but it's broad and the rear view mirror on the 'Vette doesn't have a lot of space around it. The upper corners are intended to be held in pace by the sun visors, which would be great - if the 'Vette's sun visors were able to flip forward to support it - which they aren't. At least on my 2021.The other issue is the bag it's supposed to fold up and stuff into for storage. The spring steel perimeter needs to be folded around twice in order to be small enough to fit into the bag, which is not easy to do. Especially in the driver's seat of a 'Vette. In fact the spring steel edge on my sunshade broke partially the second or third time I tried to fold it up and stow it in the bag.It works. But tailor your expectations. For something that says it was specifically designed for the C8, I would have expected a product that was actually designed with the actual C8 interior space in mind.Ver másVer menos
