Super Fun but a Gamble
I always enjoy the Magic gift boxes: a nice oversized die, a few booster or play packs and a collector booster. I was fortunate and scored a $50 card so the value was there... not a guarantee though.

I gambled and lost big time!
This has to be the worst gift bundle I have ever opened! 0 mythics in all the play packs and only one mythic in the collector booster. Only commons and uncommons with some rares in this entire box! Multiple full art hulk smash cards which are very common to find cuz I have about 10 of those now. If I could have returned this for a different one I totally would have cuz this box sucked!!!!Ver másVer menos

4 bundles, $45 total value, bad allocation
Another Collector bundle, another $99/box flushed. I cant understand how 3 out of 4 bundle Collector packs all contained one form of S.H.I.E.L.D. Flying Car... probably the lowest valued card monetarily and playability in the set for a rare slot. I knew something was amidst when two of my commons were behind the token card. Im not saying these were tampered with but my gosh, of the FOUR boxes we ordered (all from Amazon), total return on all 40 packs was maybe $45 total out of $90+tax each. Thats a 1/8 return on current market value. Not every pack/bundle is a home run but these were bad... very bad. Like Spider-man bundle bad. Id say stay away for the price and this experience. If you hit a top 15 card, great! If you pull cards you like, even better. But with WotC in its current state, card values usually drop, singles are readily available, and it just doesn't make sense to spend this much on so little return. If you like the thrill of the lottery, then this wasn't bad. But just don't expect as a player to "get your money's worth" out of these. Card quality seemed rushed as the 36 playbooster packs all had top edge rough cuts and we noticed the UC foils all had horizontal roller marks. The dice is a sparkly gold/yellow and the box art it cool. Other than that, if I had gotten a single cover art or anything above $2, id have been ok. But 4x Collector packs and 36 playbooster packs had a lot of potential. Hopefully yours are filled with more excitement and content. Good luck and buy singles!Ver másVer menos
