Built For The Workday
I spend a large portion of my day on Teams calls, meetings, and conference calls, so a good headset is one of those tools that can make or break the workday. The WH64 has a professional feel right out of the box. The wireless design gives you freedom to move around while staying connected, and the charging workstation keeps everything organized on your desk instead of leaving another cable lying around.Call quality has been clear and the noise cancelling microphone does a good job reducing background distractions. I also like the integrated speaker and USB hub functionality built into the workstation. If you work from home, spend time in meetings, or live on conference calls like I do, this is a solid office headset.Ver másVer menos

Wireless headset
As time of this writing, this yealink is pretty competitive with other headsets like jabra for the features it integrates and the equality of the headsets. Personally this headset doesnt compare to my bose headphones for comfort, but that’s offset by the quality of the microphone, it’s clear and picks up your vocalization very well. There are lots to love about this product, the first are the integrated start/stop buttons, volume controls and mute button. THe range on the headset is long, allowing me to migrate around during workcalls, testing to half a block away, that’s some impressive range. The dock, is a true, dock, having 1/2 usb ports, and integrated touch screen. The screen works to make calls from the station, or to accept them. There are one or two nitpicks. The screen stays bright forever, and doesnt turn off, making it annoying in spaces where you share the desk with your bed. It’s a bright light. Second, when you pick up the headset, it automatically triggers the accept call making people start talking before you can situate yourself. The headset does recharge with constct with the workstation and i found that it was very easy to insert. You can integrate other yearlink headsets onto this workstation, and has the ability to tune into a bluetooth device like yoru phone. Although i would only use its for business calls on your phone and not for like music. Among other things, this can integrate into a phone jack and act as your home phone, or receive them, much like cisco phone models. Lastly, the integration with teams and zoom is great. There isnt much you couldn’t do on the headset itself, but the workstation has a speakerphone where you can talk directly into it, controlled through the workstation itself. You can bring up contacts and call someone from the touch screen.Okay one more thing, the headset battery lasts for a long time, not something i cna keep track of, because mine is docked straight after calls but I figure this will go all day from the amount of usage and seeing no dent in the battery.Ver másVer menos

Best of Both Worlds, DECT and Bluetooth
This has been a great headset for my office setup. I installed it at my desk and it’s easily one of the more versatile headsets I’ve used. The combination of DECT and Bluetooth is what really sets it apart. The DECT connection is awesome, I can walk all the way back to the warehouse or even step outside and stay on a call without worrying about dropping connection. The range is impressive and makes it really practical for moving around while working.Bluetooth is a big plus too. I’ve got it paired with both my computer and phone, so I can jump on Zoom calls, record Loom videos, or take mobile calls without switching devices. It’s the first headset I’ve used that handles both DECT and Bluetooth this well in one setup.Comfort is solid, I can wear it for longer calls without any issues. The touchscreen on the base station is also a really nice feature. It makes switching between devices and controlling calls easy without digging through menus.Overall, this feels like a true all-in-one workstation. If you need flexibility between desk phone, computer, and mobile while still having long-range mobility, this is a really strong option.Ver másVer menos
