Long lasting!
Best long lasting ink ever! As a teacher, I purchase ink ALL YEAR LONG.... not with these! I've had my new printer a year and have only needed to change the black ink once and that was almost toward the end of the year! Great price, easy to install and refill and prints great! It even works well on rice paper for prints to decoupage!Ver másVer menos

Makes printing so much cheaper
I have never used a mega sized ink printer before and I will from this day forward. I had concerns that I would not get great photo prints from this type of printer but after a test between the cartridge style printer and the mega tank style I am finding they are compatible in print quality now, are they archival, no but I am also not paying archival print costs to end up with nice looking prints for the walls. I can pay the same for these refills for much less than paying the cost of GENERIC cartridges and a huge dollar less than the OEM refills. I have printed fifty 8x10s and still have lots of ink left in all bins. Using the cartridge style printer would have required replacing one or another of the colors already. Keep in mind everything I have said depends on what you are printing. If all I print are blue sky and blue Hawaii beaches well sure I would be using essentially one or two colors but these tank colors in such volume cost me so much less. I don't know what happens to the ink if there is an extended period of time between use or if they ink will dry up like it seems to do in the cartridge style.Ver másVer menos

Great colors prints great
This is a great printer. Colors are vibrant snd have had no issues.

Hoping Ink Tank Printers Improving!
This extra ink I got for my new Cannon Mega Tank G 3290. I don't need it yet because it came with ink. Hopefully this printer will be better than my 1st generation Epson ink tank where the ink was constantly drying out and eventually self destructed!

Works Well. Color May Not be True
They seem to be slightly different than true shades of whatever you're printing, but it's not a problem for us because we just use it to print out paperwork--not pictures. They were as easy to use as the ones that the printer came with and saved us some money. Actually it was difficult to find the ones that our printer initially came with.Ver másVer menos
