Tiny 3g phone works, with limitations, even without network
Because there are no longer any 3g wireless networks in the United States, a family member who is a global communications expert told me this tiny 3g smartphone was useless. Nonetheless, within hours after taking it out of the box, I was able to put a SIM card in it, get it a working phone number and email account, send and receive messages, and make and receive calls, all using my home wifi network. It DOES work, even without a functioning wireless network, but only on wifi or a wireless hotspot. Since there are other similarly priced mini-phones on the market that have 4g, it would make more sense to choose one of those instead of this one. In general, the biggest problem with these tiny phones is that their main feature is also their primary bug: they're so small! It's extremely frustrating to try typing anything into it, and you have to do some of that to log in to anything. I would recommend buying a tiny stylus to use with it. Overall, however, if you need a brand-new unlocked phone for very little money, a mini-phone may be your best choice.Ver másVer menos

Inexpensive and fun for kids!
I picked this up more out of curiosity than anything, and it actually ended up being more useful than I expected. The size is obviously the main thing here. It’s tiny, like legitimately fits in the palm of your hand, which makes it great as a backup phone or something to keep in a pocket without even noticing it’s there. It’s also been surprisingly handy for a kid. The smaller size makes it easier for them to handle compared to a full-sized phone.Setup was straightforward. It runs like a basic Android device, so if you’ve used any smartphone before, you’ll figure it out quickly. It’s not blazing fast, but it’s perfectly fine for simple apps, calls, texting, and light use.The screen is small, so you do have to adjust expectations there. It’s not something you’re going to want to watch movies on, but for quick tasks it does the job. Touch response was decent and better than I expected at this price point.Battery life has been solid for what it is. Since you’re not really using it for heavy tasks, it tends to last longer than you’d think. I’ve been able to get through a full day of light use without needing to charge it.Build quality is decent. It doesn’t feel premium, but it doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart either. For the price, it’s fair.Overall, this is a niche product, but it serves its purpose well. Good as a backup phone, a starter phone for a kid, or just something ultra-portable. As long as you go in knowing what it is, it’s a pretty cool little device.Ver másVer menos

Neat little backup phone
This is a neat little device that functions as a great backup phone. The size is the key thing, being very small and easy to carry. It’s compatible as a standard android device, has good connectivity and a nice set of basic functions, and is overall a good value for money if this type of device is in your niche.Ver másVer menos
