Got this for my husband’s birthday, as he loves to chew ice. He loves it! This works wonderfully, it makes ice extremely fast and is so quiet it fades into the background. It’s the perfect size, not too bulky, not too small, and is very easy to use. Just pour in water and wait about 10 minutes, very soft ice comes out. Perfect to crunch on and easy on the teeth. Sometimes the ice gets clogged on its way out of the dispenser if the tray is too full, but all you have to do is mix up the ice and it’s back to normal functioning again.Ver másVer menos

Clear Ice! I love it!
I wanted clear ice cubes and this machine makes them! First of all, it arrived and I was very impressed with the appearance. It is not cheaply made, very sturdy and a very nice looking appliance. It runs nicely, it seems to be fairly quiet, I can hear when the ice drops, which is nice because I don’t leave it sit in the bin, the ice is real wet and melts quickly if left. I like the fact that I can add my bottled water to make the ice, my home water source is not the best, so I prefer bottled water. The cubes come out clear and no taste what-so-ever, which I love! Mine takes about 25 minutes to run a full cycle, so I get 24 cubes per 30 minutes. It takes me about 3 hours to fill a gallon zip lock bag. There is only one thing I don’t like about this ice maker, that is the fact that the ice comes out in a slab rather than cubes and it is real wet, so I have to hand break each cube and then put them on a tray and let them freeze for about 20 minutes, then I can add them to my bag of ice. This makes ice production timely, however, I love the clear ice so much that I am willing to spend the extra time doing the routine. Some people may not want to invest the extra time. (If I didn’t follow those steps, I end up with a huge Block of Ice that is impossible to later break). As for the customer service, this is by far one of the very best companies I have done business with. I had questions right from the beginning about adjustments, etc. and my emails were answered very promptly and professionally. They gave suggestions to me and I honestly felt like I matter to them as a customer. It is partially due to the fabulous customer service that I kept the product and am willing to do the extra steps in order to get my ice the way I want it. I give the company 5 STARS for customer service and the ice maker I give 4 Stars, due to the Block issue and wetness of the ice. All in all I am happy with my purchase.Ver másVer menos

After Months of Research, A Solid 4.5 Machine
I've wanted an ice maker for awhile, and spent months researching and comparing before purchasing the Euhomy ice maker. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase, it does exactly what I wanted it to do.Pros:- Ice cubes. The major thing I wanted in an ice maker is for it to make cubes, not the conical, tubular ice that many ice makers make. This machine makes nice, clear, cubed ice, exactly as I wanted.- Love the water reservoir and the ice basket. Easy to fill the machine and easy to get the prepared ice out of the machine.-Makes a fair amount of ice. A full reservoir will usually fill up two 1-gallon ziploc bags, maybe a little more. That works perfectly for my purposes, but if you need more (or less), that should be a consideration.Neutral--This machine will not keep ice frozen in the machine. Meaning, you have to transfer the prepared ice to a bag, and put it in your freezer. At this price point, most ice machines are not also ice freezers, but it's a good to call out if that's something you are looking for. Ice left in the machine will melt and the water will return to the reservoir, which is handy.- I don't consider this a 'party ice maker'. It makes enough ice to cool down a few glasses of drinks, maybeeven a small ice bucket. But for a party or a beverage tub, I still buy the bags of ice from the grocery store. It would take awhile to make that amount of ice with this machine.-Time. I wouldn't call this machine 'fast' per se. It takes about 15-20 minutes for the first sheet on ice to drop into the ice basket. So it's not 'on-demand' ice. Usually not an issue for me, because I'm storing it up in my freezer.Negatives--This machine is bulky. It's the size of a large ice cream maker or bread maker. It's too heavy to be something to bring in and out of your cupboards, so I leave it on my countertop. If countertop space is an issue for you, you should really consider if you are willing to be putting this machine away all the time.- Noise. The actual whirring sound while the machine is making ice is not too loud in my opinion. On par with the quieter dishwasher models. However, the ice falls into the bucket with a bang. It doesn't bother me much, but something to think about.All in all, this machine does what I needed it to do, and it does it well. Depending on what you are looking for in an icemaker, it's a very solid option and I'm pleased with my purchase.

Love this icemaker
This is so much quieter than my old icemaker. When the ice dropped in my old icemaker, I would jump up in bed, thinking someone was breaking in. I’m sitting here and I can barely hear it when the ice drops. Wonderful. My old icemaker had bullet ice. This has pellet ice and I can’t wait to chew on it.Ver másVer menos

Works amazing!
Works amazing! Mine began making ice in about 3 minutes. You do have to stir the ice up every like 10 minutes so the chute doesn't get blocked, but only after the basket is already pretty full. In about 1 hour I had a completely full basket. For it to work properly make sure to follow the instructions. You have to let it sit upright for 24hours before turning it on. It is very simple to use. It is not noisy in my opinion it is a soft hum. My fridge is louder than this. Pebble ice is tiny and perfect if you like small bits of ice. Overall I am very happy with it.I am editing my review to add- I am 100% still keeping my 5 stars. But unfortunately my machine was found to have a refrigerant leak after a couple weeks of use. I simply contacted support and they had me send pictures and video of the problem. This was yesterday and I already have a replacement on it way today. They were amazing help! If you do get a faulty machine make sure to contact support, it is worth it!Ver másVer menos
