  Great MultiVitamin

  I have been taking this multivitamin for 2 months.Standard size pill for a multivitamin, easy to take and the after taste is minimal.

  No side effects!

  So far, this vitamin seems to be working for me, as far as no side effects. I have had problems with nausea with other multiple vitamins, but this one is gentle on my stomach. I don't have the energy boost yet as some of the other reviews have stated, but I notice a really big difference in the length and strength of my nails. I am only taking one tablet a day now, but plan on taking 2 eventually. I do take an additional calcium supplement, as I don't think this contains enough, even at 2 per day. The tablet is very easy to swallow, not too large, and has no taste. I'm very glad to have found a supplement that I can tolerate.Ver másVer menos

  Good multi

  I needed a good multi vitamin that didnt have iron and this one hit the check boxes. They're big like most women's vitamins seem to be, they have that great vitamin smell (sarcasm) and you need to swallow quick so you can get them down, but despite all that, it has the essentials and more!Ver másVer menos

  Well formulated, comprehensive multivitamin/mineral for 50+ women

  There's a lot to like about this Igennus multivitamin/mineral formula: it's methylated for better absorption and is slow release. It's geared specifically toward older women by being iron and copper free, yet includes those things we do need like calcium, magnesium, D3, and K for bones; the methylated b vitamins for energy and nerve health, and lutein, zeaxanthin,and other antioxidants for eyes. It impresses me as a very well designed supplement.Unfortunately, what I am less enthusiastic about are the pills themselves. They are not small, For me they are difficult to swallow, so I have to split them. Plus the dosage is two pills per day. Tbat translates in my case to taking four pills per day. As someone who dislikes swallowing pills in the first place, that's a challenge...still of course I can't fault the vitamin itself for that.The pills are GMP – manufactured in the UK, and they contain no artificial colors or flavors. They are also non-GMO, and the raw materials are tested for safety, purity, and active levels of ingredients.Ver másVer menos

  Multivitamin with active B vitamins

  I was interested in this multivitamin because it includes several active forms of B vitamins, including methylfolate and methylcobalamin, which I personally look for in supplements.I also appreciate that this formula includes boron, which is a lesser-known mineral but one that is often associated with bone health and mineral utilization. The formula is iron-free, which may be preferable for some women over 50 who may not need supplemental iron.Looking over the Supplement Facts, I noticed the minerals are included in forms such as bisglycinate, and the B6 is provided as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate rather than the more common pyridoxine hydrochloride.The tablets are easy enough to take, and I appreciate that the ingredient list is relatively clean.
