  Excellent large tote with inside pockets and zipper top closure

  This is an excellent extra large tote. I have a smaller one that I love for a variety of craft projects, which inspired me to look for a much larger one for other purposes, such as a great flea market or auction haul, or a crawl through a Moroccan souk, or even grocery shopping. I bought the one with the zip closure but I would be just as happy with the open top version. . . They both are extremely sturdy and well made. My smaller one like this was a birthday gift around the year 2000. I find that I’m using it more now than ever before.The one thing I can tell you about my new XL VERSION IS THAT IT IS QUITE A BIT HEAVIER THAN THE ONE A SIZE DOWN. NOT A REAL negative for me. I am delighted to have it. The one thing I miss is that the smaller one came with my initials embroidered on it. I really wish this one had at least one. I’m sure that personalized feature added to my ability to hold onto it all these years. Its durability is legendary and it’s washable if necessary. Worth every penny!Ver másVer menos

  Sturdy, Spacious & Actually Holds Everything!

  The canvas material feels thick and durable—it doesn’t feel flimsy at all, and it holds its shape well even when it’s empty. You can tell it’s made with good quality. It’s also very spacious and fits more than you’d expect. I can easily use this as an everyday bag or even for trips where I need to carry a lot of items. The zipper top is a big plus for me. It keeps everything secure, especially when I’m out and about or traveling. The straps feel sturdy and comfortable on the shoulder, even when the bag has some weight in it.   Best carry-on travel bag!

  We love these Land’s End tote bags. We will use this well made, strong canvas bag as our carry-on for our upcoming flight to Scotland. It fits nicely under the plane seat and is just the right size for my seat cushion and neck pillow for the long flight. They wear well forever so it will have many more uses after our trip.   Beautiful, practical and comfortable to carry!

  I'm a long time fan of this style of canvas totes. I have many--some are more than 30 years old and are still going strong. This Lands' End tote has all the qualities I've come to expect from a good canvas tote and more.The color is what drew me in initially. It's a beautiful gray, but it's the gray and natural striped cotton webbing that really sold it. Several other things unique to this tote make it a real favorite. The extra long straps make this a bag that is truly comfortable to sling over your shoulder. The extra internal pockets are a huge bonus, and the top zippered closure is a big plus, too.This is a quality bag offered at a reasonable price. It's practical, sturdy, and nice looking.   Doesn't look like the photo but it's a good product

  The material looks different from the photo. In the photo it looks like like it is very tightly woven with almost a little sheen as some denim does. When it arrive it has almost a dry, dusty texture. I don't love that. It is also very heavy when it is empty. What I do like is that it is very sturdy, has good pockets inside, is the right size for me to carry it comfortably and has a zip top so I don't need to worry about it falling over and spilling my stuff.Ver másVer menos
